Graduation Celebration
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my son's graduation. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of 14 with enough beds and space to hang out. Communication was good and listing was accurate.

Wonderful Experience
We rented the house as 'home base' for my daughter's wedding in Egg Harbor. The home was more than we could have expected; the pics don't do it justice. Plenty of space, every amenity we could want, comfortable, charming, convenient and excellent communication with the host when a question did pop-up. Highly recommended!

Friends Weekend
The property was fantastic just as described. Booked for a long weekend for golf with friends. Weather was awful due to tropical storm but we had a great time at the beach house and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook and stay in. Location was great wish we could have stayed longer and gotten some sun!

Great girls weekend getaway!
This was the perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The house was amazing and it has great views. The kitchen was very spacious and was a great hangout spot to just talk and have some drinks. It was better then I could have imagined and all the girls agreed!

Beautiful home
Our large family group ranged in age from 15-85. The 5 bedroom luxurious house had a large family room and huge fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom on the first floor was a necessity for older family members. We enjoyed the bay views sitting on two porches. The beds. were comfortable and we appreciated that sheets and towels were provided. We would rent the home again if we ever return to Brigantine.

Bayview home
Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. We ate most dinners in so appreciated the large open kitchen with plenty of cooking pots and pans and serving dishes . Had our morning coffee on the front porch and ate dinner on the back patio. Saw the most beautiful sunsets just a few steps from the house. We have stayed in Brigantine several times and everyone agreed this was a house we would like to rent again, Hopefully next year.

Weekend getaway
This house was even more beautiful in real life, and everyone who stayed there was in awe! The check in and out process was so simple, and the hosts allowed us to come in a little earlier, which was incredibly helpful. The open spaces of the kitchen, living room, and dining room allowed us all to feel together and even enjoy the same conversation. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor space was perfect for us. We loved our stay !!

Nice house, awesome kitchen
Very nice and comfortable house. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and serving dishes. We appreciated having 2 sets of washer/dryers. Beautiful view of the bay, and a short walk to a nice beach. Pretty much exactly as advertised. Only wish all the bathrooms had fans.

Wonderful Property, Limited Wi-fi
Our family of 12 really enjoyed the home which was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, excellent location to the beach and sunset views. However, the mattresses were worn out and could use replacing. Our major complaint was the limited wi-fi and no basic cable. I strongly recommend the owners invest $30 for a few wi-fi boosters placed throughout the house. Our guys couldn’t watch any of the play off games, nor could we watch a movie without losing internet. Made for a very frustrating vacation in an otherwise beautiful home.

As super hosts on Airbnb and VRBO premium hosts, we truly care about our guests experience and strive to make it an uplifting, positive experience by providing all comforts to our guests. To address your two complaints: 1. Our mattresses were purchased the summer of 2017, after our complete renovation. They are premium 12'' gel memory foam mattresses by Beauty Rest. Many of our guests contact us after their stay to find out the make and model of our mattresses. They comment that is was one of the most comfortable mattress they had ever slept on. Feel free to the read all reviews from our seen other rentals where guests rave about the mattresses. 2. We provide 7 smart TV's . They are all hard wired with Cable, with service from Spectrum,(along with high speed internet). Early June we had Spectrum check all TV's and signals and no problems were reported . Most short term rental will provide Netflix and streaming , we still offer cable TV to our guests. We are sorry you felt our lovely coastal home only deserved a three star rating and we hope our previous 99.9% of five star reiews will speak for themselves. We wish you and your family all the best. Paradise by the bay
Our first trip to Brigintine. This house did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and not missing any details to make you feel right at home. Updated , very clean and fully stocked . Very comfortable beds and baths. Lots of space to spread out . Thanks for a memorable few days with the girls !

Lovely House
My group of friends had a terrific stay at this house. It's well-situated within the town and you can walk to the beach and to a part of town with a great breakfast spot. The place is very comfortable and really spacious. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table eating and playing games. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and sent lots of recommendations about things to do.

Friends and Family Fun
We had a great vacation. This house is awesome for large groups/multi-family get togethers. In no order of importance, things we felt that were worth noting.... furniture comfortable. Plenty of room to sit, relax or take a nap. Beds are comfortable. Bunk bed room is great for kids but a little tight if you wanted to put a family in there to stay the week. The bed space is great but that leaves little space for suitcases/items. We did use the fan upstairs in that room specifically as it can get stuffy. Otherwise, the air on the bedroom side was fine. We like it cool and it was easy to maintain 70 once we were all settled and doors were shut. The kitchen is stocked so well with quality appliances and gadgets that you may never want to cook at home again! The outside deck has enough furniture that everyone can find find a place to sit and enjoy. If the grass is a little high, you will need bug spray but that's everywhere in Brigantine :) The items available in the shed will make your beach days so much easier. Great quality beach chairs, a beach wagon and the outside shower all help to make the day that much more enjoyable. There is a great high chair if you have tiny visitors. Clean, big enough to spread out but plenty of space in the kitchen and living room to be together as well. We would absolutely visit again! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Best property in Brigantine for family gatherings and Bayview Sunsets.
My family has been coming to Brigantine for years and this is the first house we stayed in that had a kitchen and living area large enough to comfortably accommodate my family of 12. The kitchen was was expansive and is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinners (even a Vitamix blender). The kitchen had seating for 6 around the quartz island and a large farm table with 10 chairs . The living room had two large couches for us to gather at night and watch Netflix. There is also an adjacent gathering area where you could read or check emails while looking at the bay. The beds were so comfortable , they each had memory foam mattresss and comfy bedding. The house is tastefully decorated with a Nantucket flair. Another wonderful finding was that all linens, towels and beach towels were provided. We enjoyed sunset on the upper deck (with blankets and a glass of wine ), while the children played foosball in the game room. The property was only 3-4 miles from the Atlantic City Casinos and Boardwalk, so we were able to Uber to the Borgata at night for dinner, We will be returning to this gem.

Great Weekend getaway
This property is absolutely fantastic. We had 12 guys for a golf weekend. The house was extremely comfortable for all of us, and never felt cramped even with all 12 in the kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough glasses, cups, plates, etc., for our 12. Everything felt new and expensive. The bedrooms were large and comfortable even when there were 2 queens in the room. Four beautiful full bathrooms was a god sent. Bernadette did a wonderful job decorating the house throughout. It was truly warm and friendly. We had beautiful view of the bay both from the upstairs deck and from front steps. Lots of parking in back and on street for our 8 cars. Uber cost to AC was $11 each night. We will definitely stay here next year if we choose a golf weekend in AC area.

I recently stayed at Bayview Alchemy for a long girls weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures! The space was perfect for what we wanted and there are beautiful bay views. The large kitchen was stocked with all appliances and was great for cooking for a larger group. Fantastic house for our family of 10 ( two members couldn't join us). House has everything.
Property was clean and well maintained. Equipped with everything for a fun beach experience - beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach carts. My son and son-in-law love to cook, the kitchen and grill had them in "hog heaven". The house has a high chair and crib for our youngest and a bedroom on the first floor for our oldest (grandma). This was an awesome place for a beach vacation, and the beach is a fantastic beach for kids and adults as well. Not crowded like VA beach, Outerbanks, or Myrtle Beach this time of year. And for adults Atlantic City is just a five miles away. I thought the price was very reasonable for the cottage and all the amenities. The only negative was the 3 ½ block walk to beach, we had 4 toddlers (4,3,2& 1) fortunately my son brought a wagon.

Amazing Getaway!
This most beautiful property had spectacular views of the bay and an upper deck to relax and view the sunset. It was impeccably decorated while being comfortable and inviting. The owners provided us with every necessity including linens, kitchen supplies, and beach essentials including chairs, umbrellas, beach games, beach cart and bikes. A most wonderful setting to enjoy family time.
