Perfect family beach house!
The house was perfect and accommodated four households all in one place! It was clean!! Which is super important to us! And the short walk to the beach area was the best especially traveling with our littles and all the things they need! Also location was in great driving distance, everything was less than 10 min away. We would most definitely book here again!

Oasis is the Perfect Name for this sweet place
The one and only glitch was that the directions came through for the address next door. Of course, the neighbors there were sweethearts and helped us see we needed to be next to them. We loved all the porches and decks as well as the comfortable indoor sitting options. The kitchen was probably the best I've been in a VRBO. Sweet decorative touches and a warm welcome note greeted us inside. We played games, made food, walked to the beach, and enjoyed renting bikes to ride along the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Highly recommend!
Our family of 11 had a fantastic stay at the Seaside Oasis. Beautiful, clean home with all amenities needed, good location very near to Gardner’s Basin and a small, quiet beach, and great access to the boardwalk (about a 30 min easy walk to the Steel Pier via the boardwalk). Owners were very professional and communicative throughout the process. The location was really great for all ages. Our group included ages 4-70, and everyone had an enjoyable time. We visited Sun-Tues, and crowds were very light, even during an air show. We were able to watch the planes practice their formations right from the property. An unexpected but welcomed perk. Overall, we highly recommend this location.

Wonderful Family Mini-Vacation
Stayed here with my family and my brother’s family before some of our kids had to go back to college. It was perfect! Some great restaurants nearby, and the boardwalk and beach were just a short ride away. Not sure what kind of hot water heater they have but All 10 of us showered without running out of hot water! The indoor and outdoor space were both wonderful. We’ll be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home steps from the beach in Atlantic City, and it was an absolute delight! The pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. Everything was as advertised, if not better. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by an immaculate space that radiated warmth and comfort. The attention to detail was evident, ensuring a hassle-free stay for us. With the beach just a short stroll away, our mornings began with refreshing walks and nice views, setting the tone for a great weekend. Apart from the great location and beautiful home, what truly stood out was the prompt communication from our host. They were incredibly responsive, catering to our needs and ensuring our stay was perfect. We had to reach out to get the grill working. Though it turned out to be my error, the host arrived to help us within minutes. Our family had a fantastic time. We highly recommend this beachside home to anyone looking for a nice getaway in Atlantic City.

The owners we so responsive to any and all questions. The home was beautiful. The area was beautiful. We had our first full family vacation here. 6 adults and 5 children we had plenty of room! The home is very nice and they provide everything needed! To include shampoo. Laundry detergent ect Which made for a easy return to home as we washed everything before coming home 10 out of 10 ! We had a work retreat at this house, and it was lovely, despite the rain. Ample indoor space and multiple porches allowed us to spend quality time together. Proximity to the beach was great when it wasn't raining. Host was responsive and listing was accurate.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review! Luckily the main Boardwalk with casinos and rides is just a five minute drive from the house or a lovely scenic 15 minute walk by the water. We’re so fortunate that the Boardwalk near the home connects all the way to the main attractions in the area. It makes it very convenient for our guests!

Beautiful clean home with great views of the water.
This home had everything we could possibly need and want. Our hosts were so gracious and welcoming. The porch upstairs was our favorite. The beds were super comfy and loved the ceiling fans! Great place to gather with friends. Easy stroll to the cutest beach and pier. I would highly recommend, hopefully we can come back next year!

Perfect getaway
We would absolutely stay here again, it was clean, plenty of room including several great outdoor spaces for the 7 of us to spread out. Parking was easily available in front of the property and although we didn’t use it we did see the Jitney several times. The owners had great communication and set the house up to be very user friendly. The central air & ceiling fans kept the house comfortable in very hot weather. There was a table on the back patio with extra chairs . We enjoyed every aspect of our stay here except there are not a lot of spots to shop for basics if you forget anything. Absolutely no fault of the owners, just the nature of the area outside of the Boardwalk.

Birthday Extravaganza
It could not have been better. Beautiful home well kept! We were 9 women celebrating a 30th Birthday. Emma and Kris helped us with our planning all the way through. They went above and beyond all we would have expected. The girls loved the accommodations and all there was to do on the Boardwalk...Kris sent us to one of the finest bakeries I have ever been too...the Birthday Cake was perfectly lemon.

Rented out the place from Emma for a bachelor party weekend in June and the place was perfect! The house is very spacious and is only a few minute walk to a beach away from the main strip. Emma was super generous and helpful with anything we needed! About a 5 minute Uber ride to the boardwalk/main strip in AC and just overall a great place to stay!

My fiance and her bridesmaids stayed the first night and had a great time. My wife and I stayed after our wedding ceremony. The place was very clean and smelled fresh. Great house in a great neighborhood
I've rented a couple houses for bachelor parties and get away weekends in the area and have to say that this is by far the best neighborhood and street I've booked. Felt safe and clean and was close to everything. It's clearly a rental neighborhood (which is not a bad thing), as party buses and transportation were always around (even in the off season). Owners were great and super accommodating. House was clean and new, near the water, with tons of decks and porches to hang out on. I would absolutely book again!

Our group had a wonderful time at this beautiful place! The owners are incredibly responsive and the location can't be beat! Close to the beach, boardwalk, fishing, and casinos! The house is clean. A few friends and I stayed at the Golden Beach House for a weekend and had a lovely time! Hurricane Henry graced us with his presence, so beach time was limited; however, after walking approximately 2 minutes to and from the beach, we couldn't be upset at the fact that we would be spending more time in this beautiful house! My family really enjoyed our week in this beautiful home. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My son loved staying in the loft bedroom with his own tv. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the convenience of walking a very short distance to get to the local beach on the inlet and the boardwalk. It was also a quick drive to the ocean. We found a perfect place to park near the boardwalk away from the crowds. Emma was a wonderful host. Family Vacation
The Golden House was great! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. There were many places inside and outside to gather or read a book. The boardwalk was an easy and fun bike ride along the water. The bay beach was a short walk for swimming or fishing and great for small children. We were also able to walk to the Aquarium and restaurants! The area felt safe for our family to relax on the front and back decks which were a nice afternoon and evening place to hang out. The Ocean Casino was a 3 minute drive which was a nice place to go in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was decorated very nice. Overall I would recommend the Golden House!

Beautiful home
Pros: Beautiful home with a decently nice view from the master balcony. Overall it was a lovely stay with plenty of parking for everyone's cars. Cons: The house cleaners need to clean under the beds once in a while and I would love to see the homeowners buy a knife set and large cutting board because trying to cook in the house was a mess. Overall, I would stay again! About the area: There is a small beach within walking distance, but not very good, kinda dirty, and smells of weed. The restaurants within walking distance are nothing to brag about. The location, in general, is subpar if you don't plan to travel to the surrounding areas.

Hi Justin, Thank you for your review. In regard to cleaning under the beds, the cleaning crew must've just missed it this one time. We have very high standards in regard to the cleanliness of the home as you can see from all of our past reviews. As for the cutting boards and knives, we provide two cutting boards: a large one as well as a small one for guests to use. In regard to the knives, there are many knives for guests to use including a cleaver. We always check to make sure the kitchen is outfitted with everything guests would need to cook as there are ample supplies of utensils, pots, pans, etc. As for the beach, they clean it weekly and we cannot control the smell of weed. It's now legal in many states, so people can smoke it anywhere. Regardless, we're glad you enjoyed your stay and would come back again anytime!

Thank you for your lovely five star review. Even though there is no jacuzzi, the master bath had both a shower and separate large tub where you can easily take a relaxing bath anytime!
