Hello and thank you for the review! I apologize you were not happy with the neighborhood. Dear future guest, we consider the neighborhood to be quite safe… we have been renting our townhomes properties (we have 3 side-by-side townhomes) for 15 years now and we have never had an incident occur related to the safety of the area. My family has lived in the area for 20 years as well and we personally know many of the neighbors. Additionally, we are part of the neighborhood watch in the area and are well aware of the neighborhood and the goings on. We are not aware of any drug activity in the area and never witnessed that activity. The area can be multicultural, with children playing, and that should have no bearing on the perceived safety of the area. Many of our review note how clean the property is. When made aware of any concerns no matter how small we work tirelessly to respond immediately and fix the concern. We offered to send the cleaning company over and to come over personally to address any concern and Christine refused. We asked if she could send any pictures of the concerns so that we could still follow-up with our cleaning company and no pictures were sent. Paper products etc… are supplied and available to our guests and the listing notes that they are available. Guests can of course contact us if there is anything needed, it would be our pleasure to help! It’s very important to us that every guest has a perfect experience! At the time of writing this response we have over 200 overly positive and perfect 5 Star Reviews for our townhome properties, not many properties in the area boasts that level of quality performance for our guests.
