Amazing stay at the Lucky Beach House
Came to AC for a long golf weekend with a bunch of friends. The Lucky Beach House was the perfect choice for our group, so many rooms and beds and just great space for us to all hang out. House had everything you could need and was in an amazing location just steps from the beach. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book again when coming back to AC!!

Birthday Celebration
Had a great stay! House had plenty of space and everything we needed to feel at home. Nice neighborhood, easy access to boardwalk and casinos. Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday and it was perfect.

Lovely location
I went their for a work trip with coworkers. the place was clean, very quiet neighborhood, right by a beautiful beach perfect for walking, and the communication with property manager was excellent. I 100% plan to stay here again next time i come to Atlantic City.

Friends & Family Getaway
Our stay was fantastic. Everything was as described in the listing and the home was wonderfully clean. The front steps had some ice left from the ice storm that just passed, but that was to be expected, otherwise it was a great overnight place to stay. Parking was easy even with the spaces on the street closed due to icing. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and I would definitely stay again.

Fun Christmas Getaway!
The Lucky Beach House was exactly what we needed for 13 of us to stay comfortably and have a great time celebrating the holidays and a Christmas birthday. The house could definitely use some updating, however the most important thing to us is cleanliness so we gave it a thumbs up for that. Communication with Steve couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant and that is the icing on the cake!

Lucky House was great!
We had a great stay at a Lucky Beach house. The beach next to the property was filled with sea glass which was a treat. We enjoyed searching for it while we were there. The property is a short walk to the board walk and is close to the marina. We walked a lot, visited the light house, went to the boardwalk to see the Christmas tree and had a great time as a family celebrating Thanksgiving there. The location was great. The owner was super responsive when we reached out for anything. Thanks again for sharing your Lucky Beach house.

Great House and Great Owner
House was beautiful. Steve (owner) was quite helpful recommending local activities. Very responsive to small issues. Definitely plan to rent again. One small suggestion for improvement would be to in include a wagon with 4 beach chairs. We brought our own chairs and it was fine, but it would be nice if we didn't have to pack them.

What a getaway
Some people might be a little turned off staying off of the boardwalk but this house was nothing but homey and welcoming. Steve was in contact with me and available from the second I booked it till after I checked out. I couldn't say anything better about the house. Location less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely great weekend!!

Nice house, great location
The house is great. Minor amenities were missing, some minor appliance issues. HVAC is controlled by property manager, not a big deal but we did have to request a temperature adjustment. No beach items like chairs etc. More attention to these details would go a long way in making this a great place. Great location but the area is adjacent to a public park and it can on occasion get noisy. Nice little inlet beach very close and not too crowded, Walk to the main AC beach, amusement pier, casinos, etc. via boardwalk in about 30-45 min but you can drive and park easy as well. Way less crowded in north AC than say, Wildwood. Sadly, AC overall has declined based on much of the current residents, many of whom appear to be low income with little regard for condition of certain neighborhoods. But this home is in a nice area.

Yes thank we did replace the missing paper towel holder, thank you for letting me know it was missing. The HVAC is not controlled by the owner, guests have full temperature control. This stay was early June and unseasonably cold at the time, the AC simply was not turned on yet and this was completed within 60 seconds of the request and had full control over the temperature. In case helpful we have been renting the Lucky Beach House for over 16 years and consider the neighborhood to be very nice and safe…. We have never had an incident occur related to the safety of the area. Downtown Atlantic City can be multicultural and that should have no bearing on the perceived niceness of the area, I do feel that this may be a factor in some of the comments here. That being said I’m very happy that this guest enjoyed the property and thought the location was great! Thank you! Owner, Steve.

An exceptional stay in Atlantic City!
My friends and I were all very satisfied with this house! What you see is what you get. Excellent location away from the commotion. Quick cheap Uber rides to the casinos. I would love to stay at the Lucky Beach House again in the future and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful stay!
My family & I had a wonderful stay at the Lucky Beach house! The house was very clean & accommodated all 9 of us comfortably. Steve is a great host & takes great care of his vacation home! Highly recommend this house if you are staying in AC. Also the neighborhood was really nice, great location if you want to be near the casinos but stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Great stay
We had an amazing time at the Lucky Beach House in Atlantic City. The house was bright, clean and had great views. It is very centrally located near restaurants and the casinos and the beach is walking distance. The rooms are spacious and toiletries and supplies are well stocked. It was convenient to either cook at home or go out. Would definitely rent again.

September Getaway
My family and I had a great time at the Lucky Beach House! It is as happy as it looks in the photos with the bright colors and beach-themed decor. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good amount of room for all of us to spread out when we wanted to and also watch movies together at night. The beach is very close, and there is a nice grassy prairie across the street for the dogs to run around in. The house is also only about a mile away from the Borgata which was great for me, as I was attending a conference there. We were able to order food and cook with ease (in the kitchen and using the grill). Steven was easy to reach during the booking process and a nice host. It was a great trip with fun trips to the beach, casinos, and boardwalk.

Feeling lucky at the Lucky Beach House
Just stayed for 5 nights at this property. Lots of space for everyone. We loved sitting on the second floor deck; barbecuing and sitting outside on the picnic table. Caspian beach is very close and was good for little kids since it was so calm. We chose to drive to the "big wave" beach as the kids called it. Great place to stay. Steve is a great host.

A Great Get Away!
GREAT VACATION! We had a party of 13 and the house accommodated everyone nicely! Plenty of space and rooms for everyone! The beds were extremely comfortable and the loft was just a bonus! I'm not sure which I enjoyed more, sitting on the deck with my coffee every morning watching the ships go by or seeing the incredible sky change over to pink as the sun set each evening! The house was also very clean upon our arrival and a perfect location! Truly steps away from the beach. And, just a short walk to Gilchrist's for breakfast and/or lunch and Back Bay Tavern for dinner. Also, in walking distance was a small mini-market. The board walk is just steps from the house to take your morning walks. You can also rent bikes in case the walk to the main attractions are too far for you. There are outlets just a short drive away. I recommend parking at the Bass Pro Shop; no hassle trying to find parking. Everyone had a great time and left with wonderful memories that were made at the Lucky Beach House! Lastly, Steve, the owner, was great! He was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns! Overall, the Beach House was a great escape to just unwind and have fun!

Beach trip
The Lucky Beach House was amazing! It looked just like the photos, was super clean, and was absolutely perfect for our colleague family beach day. There was plenty of space to hang out in the living and dining room as well as the backyard, though our favorite spot may have been the second floor balcony looking out to the ocean. The house had lots of amenities - we really enjoyed the grill and the giant TVs! It was especially helpful to have the extra mattresses and trundle beds so we could be flexible with the sleeping arrangements. And they provide sheets and towels, which is not always the case with beach house rentals. The rental agreement states what the house does and does not provide, so I recommend reviewing that before your stay; for instance, the house had toilet paper, trash bags, and one roll of paper towels, but we had to get more paper towels and forgot to get things like ziplock bags and aluminum foil for leftover food which were not provided. The kitchen did have plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking implements. The house was right across the street from the beach, which was perfect for our group so people could go back and forth to the beach when they wanted. Plus, the beach itself was very family-friendly and calm. Parking on the street was very easy as well. The host was super responsive to my many questions leading up to the day, and check in and check out were simple and straightforward. Overall it was an absolutely excellent stay!

Highly Recommended. Great weekend getaway!
I couldn't recommend this house more. It was very clean and exactly what the listing stated. Perfect walking distance to the beach and boat cruises right around the corner. We all had a great time and can't wait to go back. The only thing I would change about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! 1 night is great but 2+ would be even better.

Beautiful house and responsive owner!
I celebrated my 40th birthday with family and friends at the Lucky Beach House. Very spacious! It was 10 of us and everyone had plenty of room. The house is clean, very neat, great amenities in the kitchen and outside grill. The location is literally a stone throw away from the pier and beach! The ramp to the beach Is wheelchair accessible and the owner Mr. Steven is really kind and super attentive to any problems or questions that may occur. But you won't have any issues. Plenty of on street parking, the casinos and outlets are approximately 15 minutes away by car, and the neighbors are nice. I plan to book this unit again for a nice summer getaway. I highly recommend this property! Best February Birthday trip ever!

Amazing property
We had such a great time at the Lucky Beach House. We stayed at the property for 3 nights and absolutely loved it here. The house is very spacious and at amazing location, just a stone throw away from the beach. We absolutely loved the loft...offers such an amazing view. Everything was great with our stay. Steve was extremely prompt in responding to our questions. Can't wait to be back..!!

Awesome experience seeing a different side of AC!!!
I cannot say enough good things about the Lucky Beach House! My friends and I are used to staying in casinos/hotels when we go to AC, but this gave us a different, great experience. The house itself was clean, gorgeous, and fun. I'm an avid beach-goer and the little inlet beach that was a few steps away from the house was actually a perfect spot for spending time in the sun. I feel like it's a little hidden gem in AC! We would all highly recommend the Lucky Beach House for a group trip. We loved every second of it and Steve could not have been more communicative and accessible. Book ASAP!!!

Girls Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We each had our own bedroom and TV! Uber or driving is a must in my opinion to get anywhere from the house. Our weather wasn't the best, but the beach access is so close! The house was clean and suited our needs. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Atlantic City Stay
Steve was a phenomenal host. Very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was also beautiful and seconds from the beach. Absolute perfect getaway in a fantastic neighborhood. I will definitely be trying to stay here again in the future.

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving while visiting relatives. The house was gorgeous, well maintained and exactly what we expected. Check in/out was simple and quick. The decor was bright and welcoming, and the proximity to everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Accommodations
This house was just as expected, if not better. It was extremely clean, well maintained and spacious. Communication with the property manager was great as well. I will definitely go back and will highly recommend it to friends and family.

You will love it
When you first walk in the home it is extremely inviting, roomy, cozy and clean. Steve was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Every message/question was answered immediately and I truly felt like a welcomed guest. I love the “personality” of the house. Playful seashell decor, and the beach themed artwork was very nice. Even the handwritten outdoor signs on the garage were humorously engaging. Having access to a washer and dryer was a definite plus. Especially since upon checkout you must wash your sheets/blankets and towels. BUT we totally didn’t mind that because I can see this is one of the reasons the rooms and overall property is so well maintained and clean. Upon checkout I ran into the maintenance man who was an absolute pleasure! He thanked us for our stay and wished us safe travels. Super warm and friendly. Everything about this entire experience was great. I did have 2 questions regarding our time there. One was quickly answered by Steve via email and the other was immediately answered when I called his property manager. She answered the phone fast! Oh and I almost forgot, the beach is literally one house away! This beach is quant and is picturesque of those vintage beach photos sold at flea markets. I was very happy with it. And it has life guards! In the evening the young adults and teens wanted to hit the boardwalk of AC which is a quick 6-10 min drive. Everyone in our group/family are already asking when we could plan our next stay. We will return. We had an amazing time! Thanks Steve!

A quick stop in Atlantic City!
I really enjoyed my stay. It was a clean property and everything was good! Just a small detail, as a tea drinker I would have appreciated a kettle but no other comments. I liked the view of sunrise from upper room and view of sunset from balcony. The parking is free and neighbourhood is nice and safe. There wasn’t any close big grocery store or atleast I didn’t find it while walking so I recommend grocery shopping before arrival. I highly recommend board walk jogging during sunset or sunrise! It is not as chaotic and busy as the board walk infront of casinos. The beach is close and the house is very conveniently located...

Ideal family gathering place at a reasonable price!
In May, we were faced with a challenge of trying to find a beach house that could accommodate 14 people a few days before the 4th of July. We searched in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey and happened upon The Lucky Beach House. It met all our criteria and was a very reasonable price compared to all the other locations were were considering. Steve was great at communicating about the house and the payment process was seamless. The house was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our beach outing. The fold out mattresses were perfect for all the kids. Parking was never a problem even during the busy 4th of July week. The beach on the bay was nice and convenient for the kids. The ocean beach is a few blocks away but we did not see lifeguards there and the boardwalk seemed neglected without restaurants or shops, so we drove and parked between Steel Pier and the Playground. Parking was cheap, close and the lifeguards were on top of keeping the ocean safe. They also had chair and umbrella rentals which was very convenient. Overall we had an awesome trip and we highly recommend The Lucky Beach House for large gatherings.

The perfect home for us before and after our nearby wedding!
The Lucky Beach House was perfect in location, size and comfort for my daughters, grandson and me as we prepped before my small wedding over the weekend. My new hubby and I continued our stay with our pup after the wedding. We enjoyed the very peaceful and relaxing setting of the home and quiet boardwalk area, away from the heart of all the casino action. If we wanted glitz and nightlife, it was just a short drive away. We really enjoyed a nearby neighborhood restaurant for breakfast, Kelsey & Kim’s Southern Cafe (in walking distance from the house), and our favorite AC seafood restaurant, Dock’s Oyster House (a short drive from the house). The Lucky Beach House is well appointed and clean. We were especially happy to have our pup with us at The Lucky House. Owner Steve was gracious and immediately responsive to any questions we had. Many thanks to him and his staff for ensuring our comfortable stay! We enjoyed a perfect wedding weekend!

Great location!
This was our first trip to Atlantic City. Steve was very helpful and promptly responded to all my questions. The house location is great and in walking distance of the boardwalk. The neighborhood itself is quiet and a great location for our family. I think the pictures on the internet are pretty accurate with what the house actually looks like. Would definitely go again!
