After returning to the hotel late, they had no more parking spaces left. I had to drive to the Tropicana and park my car there. Very bad!!! They did give me a credit for the 2 nights I paid for parking.

I really liked the sea view the room was very clean and cozy the only thing I didn't like about that was that we had a couple next to our room that we could hear everything they said and everything they did including when they had intimate relationships that was very uncomfortable, also, the word is no water in the refrigerator. And I believe they need to have more amenities, including a pool. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and professional. And something I loved about the Hotel is the pleasant smell that there is when you enter the reception area.

There was a lovely view of the beach and ocean. The front desk staff were professional and very polite. The room and hotel were very clean and a nice size. The restaurant staff were professional but a little slow. The water pressure in the shower coukd be a little better as well. Parking is tight but they state that on their web site and you can park directly across the stree at Trop, which is literally a 90 second walk. All in all the Seahous is a very lovely hotel and I would stay here again.

Super clean, beautiful hotel. Room was huge, much larger than I expected. Staff was amazing, especially the man on the evening shift. Sorry I wasn't there long enough to take advantage of the free bicycles to ride on the boardwalk.

The staff was amazing and very pleasant. I would like to thank Love, Sevyn, and Crystal for making our stay so enjoyable. The only downside of the hotel was the parking, but the outstanding customer service more than made up for it. 😊

Booked a king room with partial ocean view with a balcony, the weather was not the best so I couldn't really enjoy the view. However the main problem with this hotel is the lack of parking, the garage has very limited parking for SUV's and trucks. Due to limited parking in the garage (which is connected to the hotel) the next parking area is further away from the hotel which meant I was barely sleeping out of fear of someone either breaking into my car or worse my car getting towed. That brings me to checkout which was handled very unprofessionally, me and my friend who stayed with me were not greeted by the 2 individuals who were at the desk, they seemed more eager to help the white folks but the moment they saw me a hispanic and my haitan friend we weren't even greeted, we stood there waiting to be helped but of course the guy who was at the desk with the lady in the red wig decided to over look us and speak to a older white lady who wasn't even waiting at the desk to be helped. The lady in the red wig didn't greet us either and barely seemed interested to help, overall i won't be coming back I will book with Ocean like i had originally planned to do.

The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel and bar were rarely open - and when it was, they only had one person working as hostess, bartender and waitress at the same time - one person!! The hotel appeared to be significantly understaffed

I stand by the 9.0 rating. The hotel got super busy at the front desk staff, Infinity handled each customer with grace, kindness and patience. This is a rarity in AC. We will definitely be back.

she staff was fantastic. After Expedia failed to make the reservation at our original resort and left us high and dry at 11 o'clock at night for her 50th birthday and flying halfway across the US, The seahaus was able to take us in. i would most definitely recommend The Seahaus.

The staff was very accommodating, room was very clean and the small partial ocean view balcony was a nice feature. Being pet friendly made this property almost perfect. If they had a small area outside to curb you dog it would be perfect. Unfortunately they way it's set up now it's really not pet friendly.

My ONLY complaint is I booked an OCEANFRONT Balcony King. I was given an ocean VIEW, and I know that may sound bad, and I was grateful for ANY view, but I paid for Ocean Front. I enjoyed my morning coffee, in my comfy robe, as people were walking with their bags next to me in the cat walk to Tropicanna. Not very relaxing. The manager said he'd adjust in the morning, but in the morning, he said he could ONLY give me points to use towards next stay. I was good with that...but am still waiting for them (despite messages left, and even a stop in over last weekend).

The room was clean. Everyone was nice but they had additional fees when we arrived, including parking which is first come first serve.
