“First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel
The pile of snow was horrible.

“This place was filthy. The lock on our door didn’t even work. The bathroom shelf was so loose I thought it was going to break. The toilet was dirty. The room stunk. There were people standing out side smoking marijuana and drinking. It was so bad, we only stayed one night if our two night stay. We chose to stay awake for 24 straight hours and drive home rather than staying another night there.”

“Wonderful stay! Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean, nicely decorated and offered all needed item. Housekeeping was on site to assist with items or services on request. I
Pool was clean, we'll maintained and offered many places to sit. Cyld use a couple of more umbrellas but all in all a very enjoyable stay!!”
