"This hotel was nice and has a lot of things to do. If you book keep in mind the housekeeping only cleans every three days so if you stay for two nights you have to request it but it’s not guaranteed. Other than that, hotel was pretty, plenty of things to do and lots of places to eat."

"Overall our stay was good. Parking was easy and affordable. I felt like the casino could use an upgrade as far as the carpets and overall look. Was dated and dingy. Our room was partially updated. When we opened the mini fridge to put our things in, housekeeping forgot to clean out the previous guests items which was pretty gross. The bathroom is stuck in the late 80s/90s complete with a phone on the wall. It too was dingy and needed a deep cleaning. It was cleaned for use but needed a good deep cleaning of the walls and floors. The bed pillows were terrible and the linens were thin and didn’t keep you warm through the night. Kind of expected a little more since they updated the main part of the room. The staff was very friendly."

"Parking was a nightmare. The hotel has limited spaces for its guess and there's an additional fee if you are lucky enough to get a spot. Breakfast wasnt served they provided what they called "breakfast snacks". Room was nice"

"Pool situation for kids was disappointing. Ac in room not working properly. Maintenance came quickly but ac continued to stop working each time. A map of the building would have been helpful. Trip was for soccer tournament and hotel was chosen by team. Would have chosen something else myself. Arcade was decent for the kids though."
