"Such a beautiful room and view. The spa was amazing as well. However, guests in adjoining rooms were so incredibly loud, we were woken up several times between 2:00 and 5:00 am. We called security, but it didn’t stop them from ruining what would’ve been an amazing stay. "

"Seems like they are really feeling the burn of online betting & numerous casnos closer to ppl homes. TV did not work. No soap, no small bottles of lotion and little stuff they used to provide. We reserved a King -Size bed. However, after bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they waived a resort tax, $25.03. Terrible move, when you stop to think they did not lose anything. I will be sending a letter, and E-mail to Corporate. Even, the front desk clerk said the following about Dennis Tower: " that place is a dump". Horrible experience. "

"The Borgata wad great. They treated me with excellence as well as my girlfriend. It was both our birthdays and were treated with class. The casinos and resturants are great!!! Looking forward to returning soon"

"The hotel overall is nice but our room felt a little outdated. The bathroom was clean but I hated the shower. The shower does not have door to close, I felt like I was bathing in a gym locker room. They should have a door for the shower because someone can slip and fall from water splashing out of the shower. They gave us a towel to put on the floor to step on, but I still think the showers either need a full door or just take the glass down put up a curtain to trap the warm steam leaving the shower. We stayed in the Chelsea towers and our room was a very far walk from the casino, restaurants, and stores in the hotel. We went to Cuba Libre and The Palm the staff in both restaurants were very nice and food was amazing. From greeting us at the door to seating us and our waiters at both places were very nice. We stayed from Thursday night to Sunday morning. March is spring break season it’s very busy and there were a lot of young adults and children and also teenagers. The hotel was very crowded in the restaurant areas. Our stay was short but from what I could see there are a lot of things to do in the area. We walked on the boardwalk and it was very nice to see all the small businesses a long boardwalk. Also I realized that the game Monopoly is Atlantic City; while walking on the boardwalk because the street names were starting to sound familiar, that was pretty cool. But again my overall experience was amazing and I can’t wait to go back. I wish I would’ve paid to stay longer."

"Initial night room was clean but not toilet. Missing hair dryer, so ended up going home to pick up our own. "

"The rooms were just as expected, clean cozy beach vibes. Perfect for a getaway with your partner, we loved the beach front view! The staff were so accommodating + friendly, they extended our checkout time last minute and even provided wine & cupcakes for my birthday, my boyfriend and I loved it at the Seahaus and will 10000% be returning in the summer! :)"

"Property was good but had an issue with the pool area. Almost every chaise was reserved . We got there about 11:00 and by 3:30 no one ever showed up for them. This is the second time this has happened "
