“First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel
The pile of snow was horrible.

“Close to boardwalk and downtown. Parking was easy since off season. Clean room. Staff was blowing leaves early in morning, so unable to sleep in. Would have liked front desk person to have given us some information on area, such as the fact that 1/2 the shops/restaurants were closed this time of year. Otherwise, had a good stay. ”

“The staff were absolutely wonderful and would be the reason I went back.
There were no black out curtains, so if sleeping in is the plan, look elsewhere.
Air conditioner was not as responsive as it should have been. ”
