「I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!」

「Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.」

Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!」

「Great place to stay. Great hospitality. Wonderful views. Close to one of many Baguio attractions. Love the units, but it would be been great if there was a microwave or even a small stove and fridge.
The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Staff at the restaurant were great in both services and hospitality.
Overall excellent place to stay. Will most likely return to stay at this property when staying in Baguio in the future.」
