“The property was very unique. The host and his wife were very welcoming and made sure all needs were met. Check in and check out was simple and fast. Everything was clean and the cabin had a unique charm about it. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a nice quiet place to stay in a rural setting only a half hour away from Sandusky.”

“Everything was as advertised. We traveled to the area for the solar eclipse. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Kids enjoyed playing in the small space out back. We didn't do much cooking in the kitchen, but it would have been stocked enough for making simple meals. Enjoyed pizza a few minutes drive away in Milan and eclipse viewing/shops in nearby Norwalk.”

“8 of us stayed the holiday weekend including 6 kids to spend a few days at cedar point for 3 birthdays. I can't stress enough how nice and immaculately clean the house was. There was local ads for that weekends activities and nearby restaurants ads posted on the fridge for our convenience. House was in a quiet neighborhood and well taken care of. All the amenities we could need were provided. We would recommend this home 10 out of 10 times and will be back numerous more times in the future.……

“The house is an old farm house that has been updated. The photos are accurate. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The mattress on the upstairs bedrooms sag in the middle and could be replaced. My adult children did ok but they did comment on them. The kitchen is well outfitted and easy to use. The two main issues with the property are one - the “dining room table” is basically a card table with 4 chairs. For a house that sleeps 10 a……

“Overall good value for price but unfortunately our non smoking room did smell very strongly of cigarettes especially during the first day or two of our stay. Room was decently clean other than a few surfaces such as the table (which was quite sticky) and the bed frame (which had drippy streaks on it. Hopefully it was just cleaner but I’m a bit of a germaphobe). The bathroom door also had to be wrestled with a bit to be shut. The breakfast was nice and included bread, pastries, cereal, biscuits……

“Rooms were clean. Outside Pool had alot of trash in it. Lady working the breakfast was not friendly at all came in 15 minutes before shut down and she was copping an attitude. Will not be coming back just for that fact. ”
