This property is gorgeous!! It is at the end of a private drive and gated so feels very secluded and safe. Just a short drive to markets around the corner. The kids played sports outside, begged to swim and slide even though it was freezing outside!! The hot tub in the grotto was perfect for the cold nights. I didn’t love having to time out when we would want our “3 hours” of use but it worked out.I will just say to read the fine print aka read through the entire listing. We felt like this should be advertised as a 4 bedroom with an office-Murphy bed and a closet with a bed in it. If you read through the listing it does specify this (and the 3hr time limit for hot tub) we just didn’t notice it or remember. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and items for cooking. Overall this is a great home for our large group. The kids want to come back in the summer to fully enjoy the pool&slide!

Comfortable space for our group of 12. There was a little confusion regarding the bed configuration/setup, but management was responsive and we got it squared away fairly quickly.

Beautiful home and property! It was the perfect setting for our Christian Women’s Retreat. The house is very spacious and the master bedroom is enormous, with plenty of extra space. That’s why I was surprised that we were charged an additional 300 for three extra guests (we had 19 total), especially since there was easily enough room to accommodate a couple of airbeds in the master bedroom and living area.A few things to note for future guests: a walk-through is required by the person who booked the home before anyone can enter, and the gate code isn’t provided until that’s completed and guest numbers are verified. The extra guest fee also had to be paid at that time, which made arrival a bit stressful.While the listing photos show a beautiful pool, hot tub, slide, and grotto, these amenities can only be operated by the owner remotely. You must text the owner to have them turned on, and use is limited to three hours per day. The hot tub, for example, takes about 30 minutes to heat and is available for 1.5 hours of use — plenty of time, but it was inconvenient to have to text each time.The same applied to the fireplace — I had to text the owner to turn it on, and the switch to turn it off didn’t seem to work properly, as it would cycle on and off throughout the day.Overall, it’s a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay, but it was frustrating to have to coordinate so frequently with the owner during our retreat, especially when we were trying to focus on meals, fe

Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing, which is what we were looking for. We especially liked the large, very well equipped, kitchen and the comfortable outdoor seating area. I would give 4.9 stars if that was an option as the in-house air conditioner had been broken by a prior client and was not in service. However, they did everything they could putting two large standing units in the main living area to cool things down and dehumidify the areas, and we were able to open windows and use ceiling fans at night. The responsiveness to questions was outstanding and prompt as they worked to make what had to be a challenging situation for them comfortable for us.

Our stay got off to a very poor start.The owner emailed me to let me know that the aircontioning was out--the tempeture outside was 94 degrees. She offered early check-in, but by the time her message arrived we couldn't arrive early. To her credit, she had her maintenance person install two portable airconditioners.This was complete slightly after 6 PM. The kitchen was unbearably hot but we had brought live lobsters so we had no alternative but to cook them...making the kitchen even hotter.I feel the advertising for this property is very deceptive. It shows a beautiful pool, hot tub, slide,etc. However, to use them, you must text the owner who will start them remotely. Your are limited to only 3 hours per day--for the hot tub, it is 30 minutes to heat, then you get 1.5 hours.This is plenty of time, but ridiculous to be texting to turn it on.If you came here with kids, this would be a nightmare,as they would want to play on the slide, etc all day. There is 1 tank of gas for the BBQ; if you want to use the fire table, you are expected to move it yourself.Overall, this is a lovely property. Great outside sitting area, nice shared relaxing area inside.Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of parking. The water is well water and not good.Owner does provide water and a great water dispenser that gives both hot and cold water. We did run out of water on the last day.This could be a fabulous retreat. My very strong recommendation is to raise the price and treat the guests like guests.

The backyard was so great, we never left during our stay. The pool was spotless and perfect temp in July. We were a little worried about the 3 hour slide/hot tub use per day rule but it ended up being just fine. After about an hour we were ready to do something else and excited when it was turned back on. Communicating via text was easy and quick. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Grocery delivery from Safeway was easy. A lovely stay and we hope to go back.

Advertisement focuses on fantastic pool experience. Upon arrival you are notified the pool use is restricted to 3 hours / night, and 1 hour for the waterfall. You can buy more time for 40 per hour (not disclosed in the listing). We had to text the owners and ask permission to turn the spa and waterfall on. Felt like we were being supervised.Refrigerator was not cold, no ice maker.You get 1 propane bottle, So when your family wants to sit by the fire pit (which requires a propane bottle), and dad want's to use the BBQ to cook dinner, you must shut down the fire pit (family leaves and goes inside) and Dad is out cooking alone.... Also there is no lighter for the fire pit, so we had to buy our own.Our gate code didn't work so we had to wait text and call the homeowner several times to get in and out. Again supervised not welcomed.There is a caretake who lives on the property in an metal building about 60 yards from the house. He really likes the weedwacker. Such a lovely sound when you're trying to relax with your family.Keruig coffee maker didnt work.The "welcome book" said under no circumstances can we put the Air Conditioning below 73 degrees. The thermostats had similar signs.Day of Checkout before my kids were even awake the homeowner asked if the cleaners could come in and take the bed sheets, I said NO. We were greated by dirtly looks at 10 when we were loading our car.Not a good experience. Definitely not worth the price....

Unique property in a great location

My siblings and I enjoyed visiting this unusual property. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool or hot tub, due to the season, but they looked like fun. The true down side was the obtuse check-in process and invasive contract demands. This may be the result of previous bad experiences, but ultimately left us feeling uncomfortable. We were not given a front gate code until we walked through and confirmed the home was acceptable, then the given code was inaccurate. This was quickly resolved with a couple of phone calls, but annoying given the hoops we already had to jump through. Management informed us that even visitors must be announced, with first/last names and included in the occupancy; implying a desire to charge more for people not even sleeping there. Yet there was no mention of reduced rates with lower occupancy than originally planned. The location worked well for our needs on this trip, but I will likely seek an easier option when visiting the area in the future.

Private, Secluded, Fun for the whole family

The property was beautiful and clean. Communication with management was clear and I appreciated the quick responses. Lots of room for plenty of people. I booked for an overnight stay for my 14 year old daughter's birthday with her 6 friends. They enjoyed the spacious property and hot tub (weather was too cold to enjoy pool). Plenty of rooms to choose from. Will try to stay there during the summer and use pool and huge backyard for a barbeque. Flexible with late check out. Friendly vibes from management.

Great spot but BYO water and disposable items

Everyone loved this location. The property is fantastic for families and large groups. The water situation is a huge bummer. We used bottled water for everything, including brushing our teeth. The owners are communicative and friendly. The dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and maintained by people renting like us, and they were all filthy. Just be prepared to bring multiple jugs of water and I recommend disposable plates, utensils etc. Its a shame bc the place is basically otherwise perfect. I still do recommend and would go back, prepared with this knowledge.

Awesome for family reunion!

The host is amazing and was fast and very attentive to anything we needed. We had trouble with some outdoor lights and there was someone there to fix them in 10 minutes. My family cooks a LOT...and the kitchen and dining areas were great for our family reunion. The pool slide is fast and very fun! Great times had by all. Would stay here again. Thanks to the host and staff for making this a great experience for our family!

House/pool were amazing

The house was spotless. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The pool/spa/slide/grotto and entire backyard were amazing, entire group loved it. The large front room was great for gathering a big group. The location was secluded which is exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely stay there again. The only negative (which is notated on the listing) is that the 6th bedroom is really just a shared room with the Master bedroom, but we made it work and it was a great time. Check in and communication with the host was very easy.
