Conveniently located, we provide parking facilities outside the building on Byron Avenue. Please note that council rates apply for parking. (Please disregard the free parking display on listing, we are currently resolving this display error with Airbnb).
While we don't have Sky TV, our smart TV is connected to the internet, allowing you to access various apps and enjoy normal channels during your downtime.
Guests will have exclusive access to a range of fantastic facilities, including a heated swimming pool, spa pool, fully equipped gym, and a tennis court. Please remember to bring your own tennis equipment to make the most of this wonderful amenity.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please note the following house rules:
No parties or loud music are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property and on the balcony. Glass items are not permitted on the balcony. Please remove your shoes inside the property. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended purposes.
**For reservations with 3 guests, there will be a supplementary linen fee of NZ$40 applied post-booking. Alternatively, selecting 4 guests will automatically include the extra linen fee in your reservation

Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking and we have a strict NO PARTY, NO NOISE policy. Violators will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the House Rules. Evidence of smoking, partying and/or reports of excessive noise from security as a result of complaints from neighbors will be cause for cancellation of your reservation, cessation of your stay without refund and incur additional charges of up to $1000. Plus, a fine of $500 to $1000 will be strictly implemented for any noise complaints.
Security will be informed if there are problems inside or outside the apartment. Please be respectful and treat this apartment and its neighbors as your own.
