讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
I stayed at this apartment in Auckland from Saturday to Friday and had a mixed experience.
The apartment itself is beautiful — very spacious, modern, well-decorated, and feels quite new. It definitely has a lot of potential and looks like a high-quality place at first glance.
However, there were several important issues that impacted my stay.
Firstly, it was not disclosed that the apartment is a duplex. As I was staying with an injury and using crutches, this made my stay quite difficult and limiting.
Additionally, the listing mentioned air conditioning, but in reality, there were only fans available, which was misleading. There was also no microwave, which is a basic amenity I expected.
The most frustrating issue was the Wi-Fi — it stopped working from Monday onwards and was not fixed for the rest of my stay. I contacted the responsible person, who initially said it would be resolved, but it never was, and I stopped receiving responses.
On a very positive note, the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me, especially considering my condition, even helping me with my luggage — they were truly exceptional.
Overall, while the apartment is visually great, there are serious gaps in communication, accuracy of the listing, and maintenance that should be addressed.
