The hotel and room are dated but were presented extremely well. A great price for such a great location.
Free parking in Ponsonby was fantastic, parked up and headed out for dinner and drinks.
We will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly helpful staff. Our upstairs room was light and airy and it was good to be able to open the windows. The view was great and the sun poured in early morning. A friend had a health incident while trying to visit my husband and the staff were very helpful in msnaging a crisis.
