Brilliantly located, warm & stylish family home with garden and tonnes of space

  • This is a truly excellent location in Grey Lynn - 2 mins walk to the local park, 2 mins walk to buses. This family home is very stylish, well maintained and has natural light from all directions.
    There is an outside deck that looks back to the Auckland skytower and a big garden with fresh herbs where you can help yourselves!

    Very close to Ponsonby and the CBD - so that it's realistic to walk many places from this home, or that any rideshare apps are cheap to move around the city.

    The home is elevated with full afternoon sun and very safe.
    There are tenants located underneath the property in a self-contained and private flat - who are friendly and responsible - and can assist too should anything be needed.

    This property is available for long terms stays only of 21 days minimum.
