Excellent locations just minutes away from the beach and the bars and restaurants of Takapuna. Free parking. Easy access to city with bus stop only 5 minutes walk. Rooms are spacious and have excellent facilities including a little kitchen area and ensuite was beautiful. Property is immaculate and staff very friendly... even welcomed you with the most delicious chocolate brownies! This is a little gem and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to this area.

Nice and clean, centrally situated. Only issue we had and not motels is after coming off motorway and travelling up Edmonde Rd. ensure you are in left lane turning right onto Lake Rd if traffic busy otherwise cannot get onto side road.
