The Space:
This lovely central home is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This property will be a great choice for your stay with a fully-stocked kitchen, Smart TV, and super comfy beds.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the house will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper etc.
- High quality shampoo, body wash and conditioner
- Free parking on-site
- Weights downstairs

The master bedroom has a Super King bed and the other two rooms feature lovely Queen beds. There is also a sofa bed in the downstairs room for which we can leave extra linen of it's needed.

The renovated kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking equipment for the budding chefs. The living and dining rooms are thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the kitchen and have a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a lovely balcony with a large outdoor table and a small table and chairs on the downstairs patio - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning!

A washing machine and dryer are tucked away in a cupboard as well, and we provide laundry powder for your to use.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to most of the property, but the owners have locked off the garage and two additional rooms downstairs.

The Neighborhood:
With such a central location, everything you need and want to see if just a short trip away! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:

The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.

Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.

Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.

Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.

Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.

If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: there is an on-site lockbox where you can pick up the key and check yourself in. We will send you the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.

Pre Check-in requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a requirement for our managed short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: There are 2 free outdoor parkings on-site.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf in the CBD if this is needed.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 8x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Sofa bed: Please let us know if you need the sofa bed before your arrival date so we can make sure to leave extra linen for you.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Perfect Central Getaway
The stunning factor is the view from the lounge and kitchen area. The rooms are large and spacious, even with family members theres still room to have your own space. We were close enough to the shops for quick top ups on food and amenities. Contact with management was easy and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the team for having us!
