Quaint family home close to everything
Emma has been an excellent host, very accommodating and understanding. Her quaint home is close to everything. We were able to walk to the grocery stores, shopping center, cinema, restaurants and the nearby beaches. It was perfect for our family, with sufficient space to accommodate our family of five. She asked about the age of our kids and left my youngest son with age appropriate toys to play with - very thoughtful. She also has 2 very cute and adorable chickens who have real personalities and were a joy to keep company with. She gave us the option of keeping them and we were glad we did - they entertain our kids and our kids enjoy feeding them and letting them follow them around the yard. Emma also has a lovely vegetable garden that she has kindly allow us to "pick" at - and we had the freshest and most delicious beans. We are very grateful for Emma to share with us her lovely and quaint family home. We enjoyed our stay at Arkles Bay, and being also walking distance to Manly Beach and Stanmore Bay. The city, Auckland, was a quick 35 min drive and we enjoyed our peaceful time away from the city. Her home was of great value and I highly recommend it for another Regatta in Manly or nearby.
