The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Upon arriving in Auckland best and convenient way to hotel would be the super shuttle. They are very reliable. Hotel was located only 15 minute walk to habour and a stone throw away from CBD including 2 blocks from the sky tower. Breakfast was average, needs to be improved especially the quality of the fruit and the chef needs to make omelette better, not too good, apart from that everything else was fine.

Very nice hotel in Auckland. The room was very clean and had some really awesome views of the Sky Tower via big floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of tons of great places to eat. We parked in the nearby Civic Car Park for a great price, but they do have some parking for pick-off and drop-off. We would definitely consider staying here again!
