The main lounge opens wide to an outdoor entertaining deck, a spot made for long breakfasts, afternoon reading, or watching boats drift across the bays. The connection to the outdoors is easy here, bi-fold doors draw in the salt air, the palms create natural privacy, and the light shifts beautifully across the rooms throughout the day.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area makes gathering simple, with generous bench space, comfortable seating, and a relaxed coastal feel. The bedrooms are positioned to give everyone their own sense of retreat: the master opens to the deck and morning light, the queen room feels quiet and grounded, and the twin room is ideal for children or friends.

Oneroa Village is a short drive away, offering boutique shopping, cafes, galleries, and dining. Palm Beach and Onetangi Beach each sit within easy reach, with safe swimming, long stretches of sand, and great beachside restaurants. The area also connects to several coastal walking tracks that follow the shoreline toward Blackpool, Surfdale, and Oneroa.
