這不是一間新酒店, 裝修比較舊但優點很多. 除性價比高及清潔程度好之外。最重要就是交通方便。機場可以乘坐SKYDRIVE, 機場巴士30分左右直達SKY TOWER. 行過對面不遠處就是此酒店. 另外行去皇后街亦是幾十公尺. 樓下就是COUNTDOWN 超級市場, 附近亦都有很多食肆. 此酒店性價比高外還提供免費早餐.

整體印象滿意, 缺點是裝飾比較舊款, 酒店外圍正有大型工程進行, 房間在四樓有噪音, 旁邊是酒吧更是鬧到半夜... 優點是購物十分方便, 超市及各種品牌近在咫尺, 地標(天空塔) 只距100米, 機場快綫正正在天空城路邊, 可說是加份重點.

It was such a pleasant surprise to find we had been upgraded to an apartment for free. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved the view of Sky Tower from the bedrooms.

Good location near the Airport express bus stop, and Queen Street. Supermarket just down the block. Breakfast room is small and gets quite busy with staff consequently getting a bit brusque. Budget feel but room was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the President Hotel. The staff were amazing, they were very welcoming and went the extra mile to accommodate to our request. Parking is not an issue, there are plenty of public carparks located within proximity of the Hotel. Overall, we had an awesome stay!

Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly. The front desk lady helped to check us in early with no hassle. Have to pay for parking but it’s reasonable price. Our room has a nice view of the Sky Tower. The location is great, walkable to all the restaurants and shopping. Shower is small thou.

Its a nice hotel for the price paid. The amenities are really good, theres too many hotels out there without microwaves so im glad there was one there. A review from the past mentioned a strange smell coming from the bathroom and i have to agree with that, however, once i realized it was coming from the toilet, i didnt worry too much. (I dont expect toilets to smell amazing, but still) The staff are awesome, heads up about the bond/deposit, the service was easy and the safety was really good

Good location, and friendly staff. Room was okay. Bed was not good. Two singles pished together made a large ridge in the middle of the bed, and the bed had a popped spring in one side. Supermarket right next door and sky tower on the next block, close to shops and waterfront.

Don’t use the pictures on the website as a guide to what the rooms looks like. They are very misleading and in no way represent the look of the hotel. The room I was in felt dirty, old and tired. Check in was late due to (I’m guessing the lack of staff) and there was no room service for the entire stay. The room was only cleaned after check out. It wasn’t particularly safe as you can walk in off the street straight and access the lift to any floor. The room next door had a group of men in drinking, playing loud music and making a lot of noise pre going out. I would advise against staying at this hotel especially if you are travelling as a family. It felt dirty and needs a lot of work updating the rooms. Next time I’ll stay at a chain hotel.

Please note hotel rooms are cleaned every three days, however, because your stay was for 3 days it was cleaned on the check-out day. We hope you appreciate this has been the policy since the Covid pandemic, and because it limits contact between staff and guests it has successfully reduced the risks of infection/illness.You state you checked in late, we are sorry to hear this, we can see you arrived just after the 2pm check-in time and you checked into your room shortly after at 2.09pm. Unfortunately you arrived at a very busy weekend for the hotel and we was not able to do check-ins before the 2pm check in time.With regard to the hotel, we have taken note of yoiur comments about needing updating and we can confirm changes are.Please also note there is a no party policy in the hotel and had we known the neighbouring room was a nuissance we would have dealt with them accordingly.RegardsPresident Hotel

The room was clean and the sheets were crisp. The property is very dated and could really use some sprucing up. Lots of homeless outside. Convenient to the harbour and attractions. Long term construction means the airport shuttle can’t drop off or pick up at the door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Way too much air freshener in the lobby. Construction noise (not the hotels fault) starts early.

All the basics were supplied and the location is central. The bed and linen were good and the room was clean. The hotel and rooms are tired. It’s in an average state. The staff at the desk should be better trained in giving advice about the local area when asked.

We waited for almost 3/4 of an hour to check-in. We were lucky that our room was ready because others were told there would be an hour's wait for their rooms. Our room was very old and tired - the sofa/sofa bed had some unpleasant stains on it, the shower had black mold in it and there were no curtains on the windows. I got messages saying that we'd be charged extra for early check-in and late check-out which didn't really make us feel welcome. There was a room where people could leave their luggage but the bags weren't tagged and the reception staff just gave people the key to help themselves so we elected to take our bags with us after check-out. We paid just over $500 per night (P!NK concert) and felt totally ripped off. We won't be staying at the hotel again!

These are standard in the industry and provide relevant information. We are sorry if they were unwelcoming, however the mentioned charges are standard and the message were meant to be informative.We would like to reassure you we have taken note with regard to the decor and change is afoot.In regard to the luggage store room, we have looked into this and can confirm the staff did not give the key to just anyone. Room was super basic for what we paid, they obviously hiked the prices up because PINK was in town, the bathroom is the size of a cupboard, fan didn’t go, lighting was poor. Was so noisy backing onto the back entrance. Breakfast was good though.
