Perched above Surfdale Beach and surrounded by native bush, this peaceful island home offers stunning views, privacy, and comfort just minutes from the beach, cafes, and Oneroa village.



With three spacious bedrooms, the master features a walk-through wardrobe, ensuite, and bush views. The second bedroom looks directly down to the beach – perfect for watching kite surfers from bed.



The open-plan living area has high ceilings, wraparound sliding doors, and a large kitchen with island and butler’s pantry. Step onto the expansive deck to dine, relax, or enjoy the view.



Downstairs, the former garages have been converted into family and games rooms, offering space for all ages.



Tucked away down a private drive, this home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a nearby track. Ideal for couples, families, or groups wanting a stylish, private getaway on Waiheke Island.

Unable to enter property as the keypad had a flat battery, however, a call to the agency and someone was onsite to assist within 7 minutes. Accommodation was wonderful, please make the little black information booklet accessible.
