The Space:
This modern, well-appointed apartment is tastefully furnished with quality amenities and features a comfortable double bedroom, a private bathroom with a shower and good water pressure, and a separate study designed for flexibility. The study includes a wardrobe and works well as a home office with a desk and chair, or can be converted into an additional sleeping area using the sofa bed to accommodate a third guest if required.
The open-plan living area offers a comfortable couch, smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Step out onto the private balcony to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.
A fully equipped kitchen with quality Miele appliances, along with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Set within the boutique Vulcan complex, the secure building offers a quiet, well-designed base in the heart of Auckland CBD.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
*Key pick up place is at 35 Hobson street, Auckland 1010, collect the keys from a 24/7 lockbox room labeled “Airbnb Key Pick-Up Room” inside the Heritage Hotel. This is a different location from the apartment, the place is about 600m away from the apartment, 4 mins drive and 10 mins walk.
*There is no carpark available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.

*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.
Interaction with Guests:
We'll give guests space, we're not living onsite, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-6pm NZ time. Outside of business hour, please allow a few hours to response to any inquires.
