The suite is very nice, with free onsite parking and convenient access to a large shopping centre directly across the road, making supermarkets and restaurants easily accessible. There were two downsides for me. First, the suite does not have a table or chair, so I had to sit at the kitchen benchtop to work on my laptop, which wasn’t very comfortable. It would be a simple improvement to provide a small table and chair so guests can sit properly, whether for work or meals. Second, there is a barbecue area on the rooftop, and there was occasionally some smoke at night when the windows were open.

Poor planning and communication

We were put into a room that wasn’t made up. No clean towels, beds slept in by someone else, and dirty dishes. We got moved to another room which was also not cleaned. They expected us to stay. Finally after 3 hours on the phone between the two of us, we were able to get into a clean apartment.

There was a major power outage and I arrived late at night to a dark cold apartment that I couldn’t access. Urban rest had failed to inform me that the power was still out and as a result I turned up at work the next day crumpled and hungry . The info regarding how to get in once the power was on was slightly incomplete as well. Worth noting, that despite this will be staying again

Property was well appointed, clean, neat and modern. The included welcome chocolate and cooking basics were fantastic. House keeping presented the place beautifully.

Propreté à revoir. Les 2 toilettes sentaient l'urine et l’odeur était insupportable même en tirant la chasse d’eau. Il n’y avait pas de savon. Les lits avaient des tâches d'urine, de sang et les oreillers avaient des tâches jaune ou des auréoles bizarres. Les serviettes aussi n’étaient pas bien propres et certaines avaient des poils pubiens. Les lits doubles sont très petits aussi.

It is secure,quiet and all the ameneties are a walking distance. The Apartments are extremely clean.The one aspects that surprised me was 1. I had been charged for the apartment three weeks before my visit.

The location is so good. it's so close to the shopping mall and convenient. Amenities are well equipped. The room looked so clean, but me and my baby got dust mites bites. I complained about it after stay, but there was no any compensation. You should sanitize matress. Communication was bad. I tried to live chat so many times to ask about parking, but no one answered and disconnected. I called them few times and finally they answered. They said there are no parking in this accomodation. They actually have those. I needed to ask a staff working for the residential areas(not for urban rest) Also the photos are misleading. The upper floors are for residential areas. They are not using for urban rest.

Excellent property, I was with my kids. All pin-pad, easy and safe . Great location and amenities. Generally clean although I think the shower could be a bit cleaner. And i couldn't use the oven.
