Providing everything you need in a home away from home. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen allows you to experience the best of Waiheke's local produce, should you choose to stay in to eat. This Villa has a lovely relaxing feel and offers a wonderful place to chill out or explore the island from. Villa Rosa also has a BBQ, Smart TV, wireless internet and a dishwasher for your convenience. A heat pump and air conditioner ensures comfort whatever the weather. The flat screen TV has Free view installed and a chromecast feature.
1 split king and one queen bed allow up to four guests to sleep in comfort and the split king can be configured as double or single beds. Feathered pillows and lovely linen ensure a good night's sleep!
This Waiheke Island accommodation is only a peaceful 5 minute walk to the beach. As one of New Zealand's premier wine growing districts, you can enjoy a day of wine tasting or, alternatively, sample some of Waiheke Island's famed gourmet cuisine. If you're feeling in the mood for some outdoor activities, try your hand at swimming or fishing!
Villa Blanca offers clean comfortable and well affordable holiday accommodation for up to 4 guests. Come see for yourself, we are sure you will enjoy this spot. There is plenty of car parking.
We encourage you to make use of the other resort facilities as they have a fantastic pool and hot spa pools as well as a great bar and restaurant overlooking Palm Beach. These are open to the public subject to availability - occasionally they will be privately reserved for large groups. Please enquire availability at the Waiheke Island Resort reception upon arrival. The charge to access the pool and spa is $10 per person per day, payable at reception. Kids 12 under will be free, but require adult supervision - said adults will have to pay to gain access to the Pool deck.
Please be advised that this Villa is located within the grounds of The Waiheke Island Resort, who are a separate company and not associated with Waiheke Unlimited. From time to time they run events, which can create some noise and may mean some facilities are reserved. These events are typically finished by 9pm (although some may run a little later) and are not something Waiheke Unlimited can control.

Fabulous summer stay

A beautiful property with stunning views of the Palm beach valley and ocean. Perfect for access to walks and beach front. Quiet and private. A wonderful location and amenities for our needs.
