"Really good service. Everything was in a great condition. A slight problem with the WiFi was very promptly sorted out. The automated systems are great. If you want to be self sufficient instead of having the facilities of a hotel, it is just about perfect. Lots of cafe’s, restaurants, bars near by. Central to visit Ingolstadt’s attractions. "

"das reservierte und bezahlte doppelzimmer zur einzelbenützung entpuppte sich als einzelzimmer mit einem schmalen einzelbett. eine klärung nach dem einchecken war aus zeitgründen (konzertbesuch) nicht möglich, allerdings entschuldigte sich die dame, die am nächsten morgen dienst an der rezeption hatte, sehr charmant. die bitte an die rezeptionistin beim einchecken am abend, ein taxi zu bestellen, wurde vergessen. erst nach nochmaliger intervention kam das taxi mit massiver verspätung. "

"Vi har haft to overnatninger på hotellet og vi synes godt om det. Det eneste vi synes der mangler er engelsk oversættelse i spa området så vi kunne forstå de forskellige sauna’s bedre. Og måske en lidt mere tydlig kommunikation omkring det er med eller uden tøj spa området benyttes. "

"Leider hat der Check in Computer nicht funktioniert. Daher mussten wir uns durch eine Hotline kämpfen, bis wir den Code für unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war ok, leider doch es im Bad nach altem Rauch. Direkt nach unserer Abfahrt kam dann eine Mail mit einer Rechnung, die wir innerhalb von sieben Tagen zahlen sollten. Was im Urlaub natürlich schwierig ist."
