「Saletoga is beautiful and has great pools. However, I must say the service is less than ideal. There are many staff members but their system of service is lacking both in delivery and also, politeness. Based on my interactions it seems few staff want to work and are inconvenienced by your requests (simply asking for a coffee or meal). Further, the rooms have very slippery tiles that are seriously dangerous for children and aged persons. They are not anti-slip and just a little bit of water makes...
