Great area, quiet and easy access by drive to both Augusta and Caves rd.Unfortunately several areas need improvement-- significant spider webs/spiders on outside deck and all furniture. Couldn’t sit outside until we had washed and cleaned table and chairs due to the visible extent of spiderwebs. This should be part of the cleaning of property the same as interior. There was also a few spiders and webs in the main living area which looked to have been in the house for weeks. -bathroom floor was rotted and unstable, the Lino was coming off the tiles underneath and the give in the floor got worse throughout the stay-wifi password as per information booklet was incorrect. This needs to be corrected -significant hole in the garden area partially covered by a broken concrete slab. This was dangerous and we had to place a rubbish bin at the area so no one accidentally fell in the hole
