“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Kalaw Hills Resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was personal and everyone was very attentive. Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. Thank you all for a lovely visit!”

“Pros 1. Rooms are just okay - spartan (not big) along with toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo 3. Free water bottle per day 4. Refilling of water near the reception area 5. good Restaurants within 20 metres 6. Very Nice balcony - you can see the sunrise sitting in your room (provided you get the road facing room) and spend time with your friends in the huge balcony. 7. Exceptional location 8. “Staff are helpful with fluent English. Foreign exchange for US and Euro. Thanakha (a local natural skin care mask) in the bathroom. Great breakfast with great variety of breads. Many pillows and cushions for your choice. Comfortable coach for TV. Great welcome drinks. 20 steps to the pier.”

“酒店環境很好，大堂員工很多大會英文，但有一個專人翻譯，房間很乾淨，由於這裡早晚溫差大，若有暖氣就更好，我們住的時候晚上很冷，沒有蚊咬。但夏天這裡會很多蚊，因很多花草，自助早餐有熱有冷不錯。晚上也上此晚餐也不錯，環境好食物也可以價錢唔貴。SPA則要改善，價錢不平但無暖氣，洗澡室只有一個，還有毛巾係濕，以這個價錢應要大大改善SPA的設施”

“엘리베이터는 없지만 높은층은 아니라서 불편하지는 않고, 여기 직원분들이 매우 친절해요. 보트투어는 인데인 포함해서 25,000짯에 호텔에서 했구요, 보트투어 기사님께 5,000짯 따로 드렸어요. 호텔방은 가격대비 깨끗하고 넓어서 굉장히 만족했고, 테라스가 있긴한데, 비둘기님들이 오셔서 문을절대 열지 않았어요 ㅋㅋ 조식도 귀엽고 맛있게 나왔어요. 일단 직원분들이 진짜 친절해서 그냥 다 좋아보임. 위치는 야시장 바로 앞이라 야시장가기 편했고, 시장있는데까지는 한 20분정도 걸어야해요.시장에 갈일이 없긴했는데, 그냥 구경도 하고 한국떡볶이 파는곳이 있어서 번화가로 나가봤는데 한국식당은 없어진 상태였고, 시장구경하고왔는데, 굳이 여길 갈 필요가없어요. 호텔 바로옆에 조그만가게 있어서 물이나 음료는 사먹고 근처에 식당도 좀있고, 보트투어하는 호수도 5분거리에 있어서 위치도 좋았습니다.”

“The overall experience was good and positive. The staff are happy and from a general stand point a positive one. The only issue I would point out is that I arranged for a day trip through the hotel to go to a very historic pagoda. The female staff member told the driver to go to a totally different location than I wanted. This happen once then I thought it would be corrected but she did it again and again I finally said enough and left. This was a small issue as I was able to find a substitute……

“整個渡假村座落於茵萊湖邊，是一間很有質感且環境整潔優雅又富設計感的渡假村。 服務人員接待熱情，且安排我們5位大人入住405&406的連通villa，房間的擺設及設計都十分典雅舒適，床鋪枕頭都很舒服，一切都很美好。酒店有自己的碼頭，很方便，所以我們預定了船隻遊湖看夕陽，包船1.5小時，船家很好心的停在湖上讓我們欣賞完美的夕陽，實際上早已超過我們原本的包船時間，服務真的很棒！而茵萊湖的水上風景實在太迷人。酒店有無邊際游泳池面向美麗且遼闊的茵萊湖及遠方山景。晚餐直接在酒店的餐廳用餐廳，食物好吃氣氛很好，重點是服務生真的很細心，滿足我們一切所需，服務真的太好了，完全超出我們的期待！太美好的體驗，只停留一天實在太短了，我們一定會再回來的！ ”

“The room is very spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can use their bicycles to travel around for free. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel hosted a party with free buffet dinner for all the guests! Their staff even performed traditional dances.”

“The environment was quiet and green so it was refreshing and relaxing to stay there. Also, the breakfast served was great as the portion is large. The staff smiled when they saw you which made you feel like respected. The facilities inside the room is adequate. However, there is a 15-min walk from bus drop-off point to this hotel so I recommend those who arrive Kalaw by afternoon can choose this hotel.”

“夜行バスなので朝早く着いたけど、朝ご飯を食べに出かけている間に部屋を用意してくれました。 シャワーを浴び、インリー湖ボートツアーに出かけることができました。スタッフさんは皆さん親切です。レセプションは英語で大丈夫です。超ローカルミャンマーホテルですので、私のようにミャンマー在住4年の者なら大丈夫ですが、観光客にはちょっと・・・でも、場所もとても便利、食べるにも買い物にも,JJバスステーションにも近く、帰りの夜行バスの時間いっぱいまで街で過ごしました。荷物も夕方まで預かってもらいました。”
