Trotz Personalmangel hat sich das Hotel bemüht, das Einchecken so angenehm wie mögich zu machen. Restaurants und Bars zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Kleine, aber schöne Zimmer, gute Dusche. Tipp für das Putzpersonal: Unter dem Bett wischen, war voll Staub und ich habe eine leichte Stauballergie! Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Chambre moderne/confortable mais avec un problème de réseau/ wifi qui n’a pu être réglé durant mon séjour et j’aurais apprécié un geste commercial de l’hôtel qui n’a pas eu lieu en dédommagement. Le petit déjeuner a 12€ est vraiment minimaliste et je ne le conseille pas.

Super séjour à l'hotel avec un personnel aux petits soins pour mon fils et moi. les chambres sont très bien , spacieuses et confortables. l'hotel est très propre et d'un excellent rapport qualité prix . parfaitement situé en centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied depuis l'hotel. en bref : super expérience sur ce séjour en famille à aurillac

les +:Hôtel bien situé, facilement accessible; décoration moderne et harmonieuse. les -:Chambre qualifiée de "Supérieure" ,peut-être une erreur...(minuscule :13,5m2+WC/SdB de 2,5m2,pas de climatisation, pas d'eau minérale ni de mini-bar); prestations insuffisantes: moutons de poussières +++ sous le lit, porte de WC/SdB coulissante qui ne ferme pas : jour de 2 cms des plus romantiques...) ; service minimaliste (première fois que l'on ne me demande pas comment s'est déroulé mon séjour...)
