不滿：登記入住、聯絡溝通和房源資料準確度
This apartment reeks of animal urine. Regardless of how charming-looking or conveniently located it is, the overwhelming smell of dog/cat urine made out stay unbearable. If I was staying more than one night I would have canceled the rest of my reservation and found somewhere else to stay. Shame on this host for thinking it's acceptable to list a property for rent that smells the way this place does. My son complained his throat was burning, and I felt nauseous from it. Aside from that, the host gave me the incorrect code for the front door lock (they gave me the last 4 digits of my OWN phone number instead of the actual code), and the tv remote was missing. The host said their kid probably shoved it in the couch cushions but I wasn't about to reach in there to look for it. The pull out couch was as uncomfortable as a pull out couch could possibly be. All that aside, I can't state enough how bad the smell of animal urine was.
