Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.
Located in a residential neighborhood between the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip and Indian Creek RV Resort.
All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.
Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Everything was very clean, nice and cool to escape the hot temps outside. The hot tub was private and relaxing. It was the perfect place to stay for our girlfriend trip.

Had a great time. Enjoyed the setup, including the bonus hot tub. Nice and quiet area close to the strip. The air conditioning worked phenomenally on the 90 degree days that we stayed. Can take a golf cart anywhere in town. Definitely will come back or to any sunset rentals. Thanks again

Relaxing getaway!
We loved it! It was so unique and different. It was very clean and the property manager was very quick to respond. We needed an iron and hair dryer and they delivered it very fast. It was about a four minute drive to the strip and an easy, straight shot walk (around 30 min), but we did walk and drive. We loved the hot tub as well. It was a great addition to our stay.

RV for a test
Very unique experience camping with the comforts of being out of the weather. Hot tub was perfect to relax in the afternoon. Close to downtown Ashtabula and the strip on Geneva on the lake. Definitely would like to experience it again

Glamp out with benefits!
We love this property! The clever idea of a glamp out with the comfort and security of a private shelter with seating, television, and games is so fun and welcoming! The added benefit of a private hot tub was the clincher of this perfect getaway! We will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The spot was private and quiet. The facilities were very cozy and a fun new experience.
The hottub hadn't been cleaned upon arrival but we were able to enjoy none the less. The rest of the property was very clean, neat and inviting.
We are definitely considering another stay here or with Sunset Rentals in general.

This place is awesome. Very clean. Close to downtown and the beach. Had to cut the vacation short due to a storm that came through. Already made reservations for next year.

Needs updates and maintenance
Seriously needs some new updates and maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush. It was leaking on the floor in the garage at said there was a hair dryer could not find one or iron or ironing board. The washer did not work. The loveseat in the kitchen area had a metal bar. Really not for four people. The hot tub was less than desirable to get in. The hot tub needed some maintenance. I was imagining some OK stay but I would not recommend.

Pleasant stay
We had a nice relaxing weekend getaway over Memorial Day. It is close enough to everything. AC worked great! The hot tub was a welcome addition and everything was very clean. Our ONLY issue was the small amount of hot water. Other than that, will stay again.

2nd wedding anniversary!
It’s such a cute place! No issues finding it and getting in. Very convenient set up! My husband loved having the George Foreman grill inside!
Overall it was an amazing stay! Had some small parking issues with the next garage over, the tv remote inside had some issues, and the hot tub needs the filter changed, or maybe just looked at. We didn’t use it too much, we went for the bar crawl and cool restaurants! 10/10 would visit again!
