「Room was not clean, had stains on bed sheet and shower drain was broken, did not see a staff member the whole time I was there. Smelt bad too. Was near a tramline. Was also near the hospital and the sirens would not help sleep. Accommodation was noisy. Staff came and removed a mirror but did not replace towels」

「Nice location, well connected to city center. And that's all. Old, smelly, bad maintained, uncomfy beds, lack of sockets, disconnected hairdryers in the bathroom. WiFi is very low, lift out of service evey night at 10pm, door is wafer thin, anyone could open it with a push, along with walls. Noise all night long, people partying and talking loud everywhere. Staff is not talkative, even if you ask tips or suggestions for food and drinks (they have some agreements with some businesses like HRC or...

「At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...

「8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. 」

「This hostel is very good. The receptionist was here til midnight and he is very helpful. The room is bigger than we thought and it is comfortable. Warm water for the shared shower is not enough at night when everyone wants to take a shower. May need to wait a little bit longer, but the bathroom is tidy. The kitchen is quite small, but equipped which is very good. Free biscuits and drinks are plus!」

「Easy check in, they even had storage because i arrived 5 hours early. My only suggestion would be for the pods to have another light setting, it was either dark or super bright, a dimmer switch would have been nice.」

「The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine.
