Disappointing

The hotel caters for big tourist buses and behind the glamourous entrance there is little attention to details and customer care. I found the staff at reception particularly un-polite, breakfast quality rather average and cleanness rather superficial (back of the sink was full of soap and toothpaste marks) . Finally, basic hotels services like indoor poor and gym come at an extra price…but it is not indicated in the booking. Overall, a disappointing experience especially when compared to nearby competitors.

The worst hotel I have been to! For a 5-star hotel and 140 euros per night, it should be worth the price. You can hear all the noise from your room! You can hear all what people are saying and doing in the corridors as well. The wifi is not free, even though it was written free in my booking, but you have to pay extra for it. They gave us separate beds even when we mentioned that we were a couple. The breakfast was so mediocre. And the hotel is getting older with no renovations! While I was at the reception, four other complaints were made as well. It's a big no-no! They refused to refund us, but we left anyway after the first night.

Sigara otel

Eşim ve 7aylık çocuğumla gittim özellikle sigara içilmeyen oda istedim. Kapısında sigara içilmez yazan ama içerinin leş gibi sigara koktuğu bir oda verdiler. Ayrıca otel çıkış kapısına sigara içme kafesi yapılmış. Her giren orda bir kez zehirlenmesi gerekiyor. Kapının önü full sigara içen kişi dolu. Ayrıca kahvaltı açık büfe ama boş özel hiç bir şey yok. Gözleme diye katlanmış yufkayı yedirmeye calısıyolar. Tek yıldızı bile haketmeyen bir otel. Havuzunu spasını kullanmadıgım için belki iyidir diye bazı özelliklere 2yıldız veriyorum.

Vraiment pas au niveau annoncé

D’apparence l’hôtel est beau, il parait luxueux. Une fois à l’intérieur, il suffit de regarder autour de soit pour se rendre compte qu’il a été construit de façon très aléatoire, beaucoup d’éléments de travers, des éléments qui se détachent. Il est bien situé et pratique mais ne correspond pas au standing annoncé. La salle de sport est très petite, collée au spa donc avec forte odeur de clore se qui la rend inexploitable. De plus elle n’est pas ouverte avant 13h donc oubliez le sport du matin, préférez de grandes balades dans le décor paradisiaque qu’offre la Cappadoce

Kesinlikle 5 yildizi hak etmeyen bir otel. Yeni bina dedikleri yer bile eski. Ozellikle kisin gelecekler icin soyluyorum otelin heryeri buz gibi lobi koridorlar odalar.. otel isinmiyor. Banyo yapabilmek imkansiz banyolarda isitici yok cok soguk. Odalardaki esyalar eski ve kokuyor. Banyoda yerlerde dusta lavaboda lekeler var iyi temizlenmemis. Sabah kahvalti 09:30’a kadar ve bu hic iyi degil. Artik yoredeki bircok otelde balon turizminden dolayi kahvaltilar 12:00’ye kadar uzatilmakta. Goreme ve Urgup cevresindeki oteller daha iyi ve konforlu. Ozellikle butik otelleri tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederim.

yeri kolay fakat oda buyuklugu sorun

Très bon choix pour un séjour en Capadoce

Très bel Hotel avec des prestations de qualité , un très bel espace extérieur avec piscine , même si la piscine n'était pas exceptionnelle le cadre était très agréable personnel agréable et attentionné chambre spacieuse bien agencée et agréable bon petit déjeuner et 10 minute à pied pour se rendre au centre ville très bien situé pour visiter la région , bien mieux que Goreme trop touristique à mon sens je conseille vivement cet hotel
