We always do our best to accommodate our guests’ requests for early check-in/late check-out without disturbing housekeeping schedules. Thanks Jim for your review. We are sorry to hear that there was poor WiFi performance during your stay, we would like to point out that the park WiFi is under a lot of strain as it is used by everyone on the park and from time to time may not perform to ideal standards but for the most part is usually very good. The advert stated before that towels would not be provided during your stay as we were required to follow the park regulation. This regulation has now changed and towels are provided as usual. We provide all kitchen utensils and necessary items in the lodge and ensure that our standards do not fail in order to provide the best possible service for our guests. Please note also that you were privately advised through our messaging system that towels would not be available for your stay so we are unable to hold any responsibility to this issue. Thank you Lindsey for your review and we are sorry to hear that you had some issues during your stay. With regards to the second room, that is the design of the unit, which is a compact style made for static caravans. The chalet is made to fit 4 people and the photos provided show the interior clearly. Sorry to hear that you found it small. The length of both beds in the twin room is 2 metres, which is the standard length of any bed of any size. We are regularly able to host 4 adults comfortably with no complain about the size of the room/beds. These units are designed for the purpose of short breaks/holidays, therefore they might not have enough storage. We are sorry regarding the decking seatings, we recently had 4 chairs, however, some guests accidentally kept them outside in the rain and they got rusted, so we had to take them away for replacement. Finally, regarding the damage deposit refund of £50, as I already explained this through separate messages through Vrbo, that only if a deposit was initially paid, that you would get it back from Vrbo after 14 days of departure and in your case there was no deposit paid in the first instance or at any time after booking, therefore there was no refund due. We do get many of 4 adults guest and we have no complaints about the size of the room before. Nonetheless, we had to take away all towels after Covid as many people consider this as a very personal item and they are not comfortable to use it for hygiene reason specially to minimise the risk of cross infection. Also, many self-catering accommodations do not offer sheets, towels or paper or many other personal items even since before covid. Thanks for your comments

These times changed after Covid-19 to allow housekeeping enough time to do their job according all the cleaning protocols to ensure that the place is cleaned properly, disinfected and made safe between each guest.
