We arrived early for check in, plenty of parking spaces. Our room was ready, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and extremely well presented. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was buffet style with lots to choose from, hot and cold options. The hotel has great facilities and beautiful grounds.

The chap on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful as we were struggling due age and limited mobility. He carried our luggage and found us a more suitable room as the original room was way too far for us to walk to. Our special celebration short break would have been completely ruined. The room was lovely the bed was excellent. The Italian restaurant was good and the staff were lovely. Ended up being a really nice break thanks to the young man at reception.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and professional, making us feel very welcome from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this stay to others.

A lovely hotel, good facilities. Reception staff didn’t know basic things like the opening times of the pool which was a little frustrating but did not detract from the comfort of the stay.

The Morlich was closed for the night I booked, stayed in a different hotel on the complex. Room clean and tidy. Didn’t use the dining facilities, breakfast at £25 a head too expensive even though I can claim it back.
