great location, terrible hosts and electronics

large apartment with newer kitchen and bathroom. Great location between Les Halles, the farmers market, and Place L'Horlogue/Château des Papes. Check in was bad, host could not get TV to work, had no Internet login or PW. TV took six days to fix, then, Internet went out. TV uses a cheap internet app like Fubo. It was FUBAR. We checked out 2 days early and hoping VRBO does the right thing and credits us. Further, stairway was tiny, unsafe, used a rope for guardrail. Misrepresented in VRBO wevsite
