Balcony had 3 powerful heaters so you could enjoy the view anytime of day/weather. With two little kids, being steps away from the beach and amongst the shops was extremely convenient. As far as renting a beach house, nothing compares and we hope to come back next year. Staff was responsive via text which was super helpful and easy.

It is spacious, well appointed, luxurious- the bedding is fantastic and outfitted with everything you need. Further, they were incredibly responsive to even small needs and things that arose during our week there. We loved being able to enjoy the comfortable space, wonderful deck/balcony, having the beach right across the street. It is also the perfect location from which we took day trips- to Hearst Castle, Cambria, SLO, Solvang, Pismo beach. Plenty to see and do locally as well as enjoying doing absolutely nothing and just relaxing and having quality time together. Our kids, 10 and 15 loved it as well as my wife. Great hosts, soace and stay!!!!

The home is beautiful and has an awesome view! We spent most of our time on the deck watching the waves and enjoying the beautiful weather. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location

There was no need to go to Pismo Beach because right in front of the home is a beautiful beach. I brought my boys and they found plenty to do everyday. It was a really great place and the beach chairs that come with the house are really cool too.

Amazing Location at Avila Beach

Perfect location, view and deck to soak in the Avila Beach scene. Located in downtown street making beach, restaurants, shops and farmers market easily accessible. Very nice set up with 3 large bedrooms, nice kitchen, outdoor grill and downstairs beach shower to limit sand. Perfect for a couple couples or 4-5 person family.
