Slide back the patio doors to enjoy the lovely outdoor entertaining area or cosy in front of the fireplace on a cool winters night. Just a short stroll away you'll find the pool and tennis court, perfect for a friendly match followed by a dip in the pool.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the pristine Avoca Beach and lagoon is just moments away, offering the perfect spot for surfing, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The southern end of the beach is great for kids with shallow rock pools sheltered from the surf.
