Wonderful.
This is our second visit here. It's a great place to stay for the weekend for two of us. The house is light and sunny, surprisingly spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. It has everything we need for an overnight stay, and the peaceful country setting is beautiful. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Just the vibe we needed!
We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Loved sitting outside on the deck watching our dog play with resident groodle. Found the surrounding paddocks very soothing. The place has everything you need with some lovely extra touches.....freshly laid eggs! Deck could do with a bit of a pressure wash & maybe some shade for hot summer afternoons. Will definitely be back to experience the winter!

Superb little getaway!
Exactly what we needed - a perfect little country getaway, has everything you need. Great relaxing location, lots of space - a SUPER friendly & lovely pup Waffles. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick getaway. If anyone is concerned - the toilet is fantastic, its actually less smelly than a regular one, as there is constant air flow removing odours!

We had a good stay at Avoca. Everything we needed was at the property, which is very neat and tidy, and the great bonus was that we could have our dog with us.

Amazing and relaxing farm stay
My husband and I had a magnificent stay at Felicity’s little house. Was a perfect getaway. Close enough to shops and pubs but far enough to feel peace and enjoy nature. Place was clean, fire pit kept us warm at night and the views were incredible. Bonus - fresh eggs for breakfast and waffles (their dog) playing with our little pup. Can’t wait to visit again!

Cute farm stay, amazing location
My family and I had a great stay here. The property is so beautiful. We were lucky and got to see an amazing sunset. We loved meeting the hosts and all the animals. The cabin is set up so well. Pack some marshmallows and a 6 pack and light the fire pit. Bring some meat for the bbq or a short drive to some really great pubs for dinner. Such a great experience if you want a taste of the country life with a little bit of luxury.

Lovely rural experience with everything you need provided.
I had the most marvellous time. It’s a lovely property with animals and all sorts of edibles growing. Thanks to Pip the chick for the fresh eggs for breakfast! I loved my first tiny house stay. Everything I needed to make my breakfast was right there.

Wedding Anniversary
It was a great location to spend our wedding anniversary. Easy to get to and loved the welcoming committee :-). Close enough to great coffee and places for dinner. There is something soothing about sitting in the silence and surrounded by nature. Just the ticket for a weekend away.

Lovely house
Easy access to house from parking spot, the tiny house was really clean and neat and the view is amazing. It had a good amount of cookware/cutlery. Lots of windows for fresh air. You could say the best things come in small packages.

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Fitzroy Falls. The cabin was clean, air con was cosy (we stayed in winter) and communication with the host was effortless. If you’re staying for an event near by you might want to take your own iron.

We stayed at Acres of Avoca for my partner’s birthday and to get out of Sydney for the weekend. Absolutely loved the tiny house, the ladies were warm and welcoming, we loved waffles and we will definitely be returning.

Privacy and serenity in tiny house
A great getaway from it all in the middle of green fields and a vast, open sky. The tiny house has everything you need for a night away from it all. Take a book to read, check out the stars or just chill out. Fresh eggs from the host's chooks are a lovely touch. BYO bread for toast.

Beautiful experience! So peaceful and no photo can do the view of the sunset and sunrise justice. Loved how quaint the house was and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time away from everyday life!

Beautiful setting, helpful host
Felicity was most accommodating and was able to adjust our booking upon request. The perfect base for attending a wedding at Marley Brae. The setting is absolutely stunning. As a Queenslander, we loved the landscape and Birdlife. Both Waffles and his big brother were beautiful.
