We didn't have any direct communication with the host. All our communication was between VRBO and AvantStay, and it was excellent. The home was exactly as advertised. This house is nothing like shown !!! It was an absolute disgrace . Mold in the back room . We cleaned the house just so we can be ok in it . It was filthy . The silverware was dirty . The washroom was musty and mold . The windows were never cleaned . Not kid friendly the wall upstairs was wooden ...
