Villa Orangella is a charming property with pool located near Avola in the south- eastern coast of Sicily.
The villa is a few hundred meters from the seaside, around 550 meters away from the nearest (rocky) beach and is also an excellent base to explore the enchanting surrounding areas. From the sandy beach of Gallina with the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve to the Vendicari reserve, or the picturesque village of Marzamemi and the charming baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa.

The property is surrounded by a well-tended, lush garden with lawn, it boasts a large terrace with outdoor kitchen equipped for al fresco dining and a beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. At the guests' disposal also the villa facilities, which include the pergola with garden furniture and the kids outdoor play area.

The building develops on three floors, its comfortable interior is characterized by a contemporary style with great attention to detail and offers all kind of comforts such as: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom; while on the lower floor we find two further bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitness room and a laundry room.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 27/07 to 23/08 (arrival on Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 1.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (4 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items), cot.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
