Great week at the beach!

We all had a wonderful week! The house was perfect for our family! Loved the layout, especially the views on main floor!

The Most Beautiful Window

Our stay at Seas the Day was spectacular! The window in the dining room was the most beautiful window I've ever seen. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The views were incredible. We would love to stay here again!

Pictures don't tell the whole story

The photos make this house look inviting - it's right on the beach - beware, there's a major beach restoration project going on and sections are either closed or dunes have been washed away. What the pictures don't tell/show you is that the bathrooms are disgusting, having NEVER been upgraded. There's a reason there are no photos of any of the four bathrooms. Upstairs master shower never got hotter than lukewarm. Discovered roaches ... outside needs a major cleanup and paint job. I will not stay in this home again.

Not Guest Ready/ False advertising

Misleading photos and false advertising. Hot tub had no water. No WIFI. No cables hooked up from the street. No working AC in main FR. Loft area had ceiling board cracked open w exposed insulation. The AC unit was overrun with black mold. Ice maker & electric griddle not working. Emergency phone not working. Outside shower full of wood w nails as well as carport area with nails sticking out everywhere. Spoke to surf & sound via app & phone twice who pretended to care and said they would investigate and get back to me, but didn’t twice. Contacted VBRO who in the end was not able to do anything. Was offered a refund of my last day if I chose to leave early! No one came to fix anything or investigate, no accepting responsibility and no refund for anything! Many other issues. 2 remodels of BRs do not make up for all the issues. Surf and sound takes advantage of the renters!
