The house was comfortable, clean, and just steps from the beach—perfect for a dog-friendly stay. While not as updated in décor and kitchen amenities as some other Surf or Sound homes, the location and pet-friendly setup were exactly what we needed. The maintenance team was outstanding, going above and beyond to help my friend with a knee injury and keeping communication warm and helpful throughout. Highly recommend, especially for guests with dogs!

Great week. Beautiful weather. Lots of swimming and fishing out front. Trip to Ocracoke one day. My parents have a place in Frisco so this was my first time staying in Avon. Definitely would recommend it.

Great place to stay

This house was close to the beach and the views were amazing. We had a few minor issues with the air conditioner which were immediately taken care of. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Overall very nice. Close to the beach. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets from upper deck. Hot tub leaks so water level is low. Very pleased with this property.
