“Aside from a very very very minor hiccup on the first day where the ethernet cable was loose in the cable modem due to broken clip, our stay was fantastic. Our host responded almost immediately when I sent a message about the wifi problem. The house is in great shape and very clean when we first arrived. This is a great getaway that is calmer than the busier locations around the OBX (e.g. much less busy than Nags Head). The Food Lion is a short drive for groceries. There are plenty of local……

“My wife and i (and our dog Blue) had a great stay. The location is very convenient to everything but very private at the house. The sound front beach was great for watching sunsets. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The showers have great water pressure and lots of hot water. The gates on the deck and the fenced backyard were perfect for keeping the dog confined when necessary. We would definitely stay again!!”

“Truly an exceptional stay. The treetop is exactly as described. It looks out over the treetops and you can sit on the porch and enjoy the birds and sunset. The interior is chic and comfortable - and we slept soundly in the queen bed. Lisa, the hostess, was wonderful and inviting. I would highly recommend the Treetop.”
