We were 50 strong and found the sleeping, kitchen, bathroom, and activities more than enough to entertain all of the family (ages 2-50). The scenery from the house is breathtaking, and the waterslide was the hit of the stay. We loved our stay and will come back. 」

「My extended Family of 18-adults and 3-children had a great stay at this magnificent home. The location was great for all the outdoor activities that we were interested in. A bonus was the wildlife, a Bull Elk in the velvet, Wild Turkeys and lots of birds. This house included lots of amenities, pool table, basketball, yard games, wonderful Gazebo with swings. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for any large family gathering, wedding venue, etc. 」

「This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. You are staying in the basement of the home, so you can hear the upstairs, but it wasn't bad at all. And I say basement, but it doesn't feel like a basement. I would stay here again. 」

「Loved this home and the location for our family gathering. There is lots of room for family meals and game night. Great location , beautiful view, and very peaceful yet so close to downtown. 」

「The property was a perfect fit for our big family. Our only issue was when the power went out, the generator did not kick in. The power did not come back on until 1:30a.m. There were no flashlights or lanterns. If it wasn’t for the glow sticks we bought for the 4th of July, we would have been totally in the dark. The property manager was great to work with, and the owner compensated us for the problem. The kids thought it was a great adventure. We would definitely go there again.」

「We loved the space to spread out. 2 bedrooms and a living room was very comfortable for the 6 of us. The pool table was loads of fun and the swimming pool was amazing and refreshing.
