Caravan, with a capacity of 4 people in a calm and bucolic setting, with a total surface of 20 m2.
Alcove for bedding 140cm x 200cm with low cupboards two doors in stained solid wood.
Wardrobe, sofa convertible into a 140cm x 190cm bed.
Shower room with 80 x 80 cm shower, sink, WC and 150 liter hot water tank.
Fitted kitchen area with worktop, sink, low + tall cupboard, fridge, ceramic hob and microwave / grill. Solid wood table 70 / 120cm.
The caravan has a terrace open on a plot, opposite a small wood and a small stream.
A games room (table football and ping-pong table) is available on site (7ha), as well as a pétanque court, a course around a secure body of water with a picnic table, and a Home ball.
Activities and attractions: horse riding possible nearby, visit to Mont Saint Michel, crossing the bay, hiking along the customs trail on the Avranches coast, Granville, Saint-Malo ...

Très mauvaise literie
La roulotte est propre et fonctionelle mais la literie du grand lit est en très mauvais état. Nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi et nous nous sommes levés avec un mal de dos.

Het inchecken was erg rommelig. Geen receptie of iemand die je de weg wees. De wagen was erg oud, zo ook het interieur.
Het was echter wel Schoon en netjes.
De Pipo wagen staat midden in de natuur, naast een klein beekje, erg mooi.
Op de mini camping is weinig tot niks te doen, maar voor een nachtje was het goed te doen.

Ruhige, schönen und ländliche Anlage
Wunderschöne, ruhige und ländliche Anlage. Wir nutzen sie für zwei Tage um den Mont Saints Michel zu besichtigen.
Einfache technische Probleme, wurden sofort und hilfsbereit gelöst.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bonnes vacances
Bonnes vacances passées dans cette roulotte, au calme, jolie cadre, par contre une amélioration à faire sur le ménage, et en pleine chaleur nuit difficile (30 degrés extérieur, à l'intérieur bcp plus, l'achat d'un ventilateur par les propriétaire serais nécessaire). De bons souvenirs en tout cas, à refaire

Endroit agréable et calme malgré la proximité d un autre gîte les propriétaires ont su éloigné et isolé la roulotte avec une vegetation autour. Contact agréable avec les propriétaires qui savent intervenir rapidement (problème avec le code résolu vite). Logement bien équipé.Petit bémol sur les toilles d araignées dans le logement.

Séjour très agréable.
Par contre, et cela n'a pas été dérangeant, nous n'avons pas croisé le propriétaire, simplement sa femme qui n'était pas au courant de notre venue. Il n'y a donc pas eu d'état des lieux. Mais comme nous n' aurions rien eu à dire....... Merci pour l'installation de cette roulotte à côté de la petite rivière. Très sympa.
