APARTMENT FOR A FAMILY OF 5 FACING THE SLOPES WITH UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW

• February vacation rentals: €1500 per week
• Rental outside school periods: €800 per week

In the heart of the resort, come and discover the mountains, while enjoying an exceptional atmosphere.
50m from the ski lifts, ski schools, ski equipment rentals, restaurants and local shops, i.e. in the heart of the resort, on the front line.
It is composed of a living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. The apartment is very bright and has a fireplace for your greatest pleasure after a great day of skiing.
Capacity: 5 people maximum as a family, i.e. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room. Blankets and pillows are provided.
Kitchen: induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, food processor, toaster, kettle. (Please note that there is no dishwasher or washing machine)
Bathroom: Bathtub.
Ski locker: on the first floor
A deposit of 20% of the rental is to be paid to validate the reservation.
They can be made by bank transfer or by check.
Deposit checks must be sent to my home.
You are expected on Saturday or Sunday from 5:00 p.m.
You will give me the keys on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
Cleaning deposit of €70 covering:
- cleaning costs, if the apartment is not returned in the same condition as on the day of arrival.
Breakage deposit of €600 covering:
-costs for damaged objects
-costs for floors or sofas burned by ashes
-exceeding the number of 5 people maximum allowed, for one night.
Our animal friends are refused.
NB no rentals on weekends
Direct night train from Paris- 130 km from Toulouse- In the heart of Ariège: between the Beille plateau and the Col du Chouilla, 8km from Ax les Thermes (spa resort with its hot springs), come and discover 80 km of tracks traced in the fir trees and splendid forests.
