“Room clean and tidy, facilities excellent. Food excellent. Staff friendly. Only negative points were at times noticeable staff shortage which affected service and Reception did not pass on to restaurant staff correct details of visitors having half board.”

“The room was very clean, well presented and modern and had lots of little extras like bottled water each day, toiletries etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the facilities in the spa/gym were very good.”

“located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants

“This hotel is absolutely amazing. Really attentive friendly and welcoming staff who can’t do enough for you. It’s a really nice touch for the general manager to take an interest in you and also personally ensure you are enjoying your stay. The food is exceptional and everyone is so polite. Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel. We will definitely be back.”
