Chalet Alice is a beautiful self-contained 3-storey chalet in a quiet location overlooking the Val d'Ayas. It is 5 minutes away from Champoluc, Antagnod and the fabulous ski slopes and walks of the Monterosa ski area.
Ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
8 beds spread over 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 service bathroom, large garage, wi-fi, garden and terrace from which you can admire the spectacular Monterosa chain.
The house has:
**Entrance and External Courtyard**.
The entrance to the house is preceded by a small outdoor courtyard, a cosy outdoor area in which to relax or enjoy a coffee. The courtyard is furnished with some seating and decorated with local plants, offering a first taste of the mountain environment. This space adds a touch of intimacy and nature to your stay.
**Garage**
Next to the house is a private garage with a parking space, offering the convenience of safe parking. Inside the garage is the boiler, which also serves the adjacent flat. In case of need (e.g. if the boiler should go on the blink), it may be necessary to allow quick access to the inhabitants of the neighbouring flat for restarting. However, this space is well organised and practical for those who wish to have their vehicles close at hand and sheltered.
GROUND FLOOR
**Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen (Ground Floor)**
This open-plan area combines the comfort of the living room, the practicality of the dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and socialising. The dining area features a large wooden table, ideal for gathering all the guests together during meals. The stylish and functional kitchen has quality appliances, including a hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, to ensure a complete dining experience.
**Service Room**
Next to the living area, you will find a utility room, convenient for storing various items or equipment. There is a washing machine here, to facilitate longer stays.
**Service Bathroom**
On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom, practical and well finished, equipped with a washbasin and toilet.
FIRST FLOOR
**Second Living Room (First Floor)**
On the first floor, a second living room with a comfortable sofa bed offers additional space to relax or to accommodate guests. This cosy room, furnished in mountain style, provides access to the panoramic terrace.
**Panoramic Terrace**
The terrace, accessible from the living room on the first floor, is a real highlight of the house. Furnished with a table and chairs, it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast al fresco, sunbathe or admire the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Here you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the peace of nature.
**Double Bedroom**
Also on the first floor, the double bedroom offers an intimate and comfortable ambience. Furnished with a large double bed and wooden furniture, the room includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe to better organise your clothes and luggage.
**Complete bathroom (adjacent to the Master Bedroom)**
Before entering the master bedroom, you have access to a complete, elegant and well-equipped bathroom. Here you will find a large washbasin, shower, WC and other accessories for comfort and convenience.
SECOND FLOOR
**Room with Three Single Beds (Second Floor)**
Going up to the second floor, you will find a cosy room with three single beds, ideal for children or groups of friends. The beds are arranged in a functional way, maintaining an open and comfortable space. The wooden furniture and the view from the windows contribute to a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
**Single Room (Second Floor)**
Next to the triple room, there is a single room with a single bed, perfect for those who want a private and quiet space. The furnishings, again in wood and mountain style, give the room a traditional and cosy touch.
**Complete bathroom with bathtub (Second Floor)**
Serving the rooms on the second floor is a complete bathroom with a spacious bathtub. This room is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing moment, perfect after a day spent outdoors.

This house has been designed to offer comfort and functionality in a refined and cosy environment, allowing guests to enjoy an authentic and relaxing experience in the heart of the mountains.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.
The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.
The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided.
Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
Security deposit for any damage
To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.
The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.
If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
