「Rooms are not cleaned only towels are changed. Carpets outside room are filthy I was scared about cockroaches. Saw rats climbing up and down the trees outside my room. Was upgraded to a sea view but the view was of trees and I was on the 1st floor (no sea was in the view) All Russians and Israeli tourists. Felt a bit out of place. Staff are friendly but hotel should be a 3 star maximum.」
