"No fridge in the room, 2 of our rooms ac were not cooling enough. Also most important is taxis are not allowed till hotel, you need to walk around 1km/15mins."

The downsides are (1) Hotel being a little opportunistic in getting more from customers - they could have provided a room earlier but refused to unless half day charges are paid. A room was available for early check in (2) Bathroom was not clean in a few areas (3) Our room bell did not work"
